What they say about Singapore is true. Food is everywhere, and high-quality, tasty food is accessible to everyone, rich or poor. Just today, I had dumplings at Chinatown's People's Complex. The stall was featured in the 2017 Michelin Guide. It cost me only US$3 for 5 delicious, juicy pork dumplings; and the same price for pork noodles. When it comes to food, Singapore is a democratic giant. People will fight day and night for their food choice to be heard.

@@geraldinesutjiadi4463 Hi Geraldine, it's the food court at People's Park Complex. It's hot and noisy, but the food is highly affordable by Western standards. If you can withstand the heat, humidity, and noise, the pork dumplings are waiting for you. I like the chili ones. The stall is at a corner, and it was mentioned in the 2017 Michelin Guide. The portion is good. Enjoy!

Looked absolutely incredible! The choice of all that seafood and then desserts look amazing too! Loved the look of the peanut ice cream roll!

The Sushi & Crab Seafood buffet looks absolutely phenomenal. Somehow we all look forward to content like this.

Mike I have been watching you from practically the beginning, I’m talking your first Mongolian video’s. But sometimes I forget and a video comes along which truly showcases you ability to eat everything!

I lived in Singapore for years as a child before moving to the US, and I still remember local favorites like Hainan Chicken, satay, roti prati, etc etc. My goodness, the food! Seeing Mikey Chen enjoy Singapore, it's just a match made in heaven. I love all-you-can-eat buffets. These buffets are just way above and beyond what you can find in the States, in terms of including authentic Chinese, Malaysian, Indian and other Southeast Asian foods. The freshness of the seafood as well. Chinese BBQ stalls, Indian ovens, etc. I need to go back for the food ;)

And when you think he's done with Singapore videos he posted somemore 😂😂😂

And I'm sitting here with my frozen spinach and tomato sauce in a bowl and loving it 😂

Yep. That scallop seaweed salad is the fringe part of the scallop. People used to throw that part away but leave it to Asians to put that part to good use. It’s not tender and it’s a little chewy yet it has a great flavor and there’s so much of it that I’m glad they use it along with the muscle of the scallop.

Tried this buffet as lunch (try to book for dinner 2 month in advance but full) on my Singapore trip on September 2022. Totally agree with Mike's comment. Way worthy than Vegas buffet. Lunch was USD 58 including tax and tips. I love their Rojak station which is not in your video. Besides, their 龍須菜 with shrimp is also excellent. The only catch was the waiter seemed not serving a lot of American customers. The waiter got confused when we ask for iced tea. The waiter just not ask for our clarification and walk away. Later the day we ask our local friend and my local friend suggest that we should say "iced lemon" and the waiter will know what we want. I will go again if I go SG again in the future.

Unfortunately, most of these serving staffs are foreigners from China, Philippines, Malaysia, India, Myanmar, Taiwan. As such, some are not well trained and not used to English spoken quickly or accented. Sorry about that.😢

I think the confusion may have came from asking the waiter for a drink when typically for buffets, you have to take your own drink from the line selection?

Iced tea in Singapore is like Iced milk tea, you have to be really specific about how you like your tea/coffee when placing orders in Singapore, too many varieties catered to people with different preferences.
