I actually live in the small Texas town that invented the chicken fried steak! We have a HUGE festival dedicated to the chicken fried steak that’s actually happening at the end of this month 😃

Well, please extend my thanks to the town. One of my top three or four favorite foods. I like plain gravy though, without the sausage. A chain called Sirloin Stockade had what I considered the best back in the '70s. My aunt lived in IL near both IA and MO. Everywhere you went there was always catfish and chicken fried steak on the menu.

Yes . My wish list is the bachannal buffet,in the Bellagio ,Vegas. But,to date the best ever buffet I’ve ever had pleasure in eating was on one of royal carribeans cruise ships- phwooaarrr.I’ve never seen so much beef and I never failed in putting a slice or two or three on my plate . Take it from me,who splurged on a higher end piece of beef- a flat sirloin ,heritage beef. Wow,you won’t find that kind of flavour and texture on normal lumps of beef. 👌👌🙌

Hearing about Supernatural from Mikey is what the best of both worlds colliding sounds like to me

I kind of wish more restaurants did this kind of all you can eat to order stuff. Or not really even all you can eat but like a sampler menu or like a tapas menu. I always get the same things at place because I don’t want to order something that I might not like as well as I never finish a meal. Like a beer flight just a good taste of different things.

1 hour just doesn’t seem like a long enough time especially when you have to wait for the waiter to bring it to you😭

Mike, I was a vegetarian for 10 years, and watching your videos was a huge influence that made me realize what I was missing.
