When GORGO (1961) was first in development, the producers wanted to set the film in Australia. However, they realized that Australia had no interesting monuments to destroy (pre-Sydney Opera House), so they opted for London with its recognizable locales. Great video - and I laughed to see the Eiffel Tower destroy the Arc de Triumph, since the two structures are no where near each other.

Stpdest plot i seen from thst and i swear he was struggle to get there. That reality that like me trying to push myself acros on a metal strong fence till my ire face and body get badly turn to a dead skin from hittng my toe.

one effect we're yet to see is things being slowly melted, (by nanobots, or some sort of solvent metal/glass virus?) buildings becoming gooey/blobby would be an interesting/novel way to bring them down. i guess there was something a bit along those lines in the first G.I Joe movie, where nanobots ate away at the Eiffel Tower

Cameramen risk their lives to get these scenes. Kudos!

Mars Attacks was great because all of its over the top insanity was done to deliberately be ridiculous whereas other films are actually trying to be serious but end up being over the top and ridiculous

With all of the disaster/monster movies you used, I'm honestly astounded that you missed a few movies that would have fit in this one perfectly.

I have to say that many scenes look well animated even very realistic but some on the other hand look so badly animated. But some with the small models also look very good.
