@@K_real1372A British person is first and foremost someone descended from the peoples of Britain. The English, Scottish, Welsh and to some degree the Irish too. You can also be British if you were born here and have fully assimilated into British culture including loyalty to Britain, not some other homeland. I know many very patriotic British people from different ethnic backgrounds and I feel kinship with them because of our shared culture and values. Just having a passport in my view, does not make you British. I hope that answers your question.

@@theherbilgerbil2029 l made my comment to you as just a few days ago l saw a video on Utube, where Melanie Phillips, ( think that’s her name if l remember correctly) said as a Jewish woman, who spends around 6 months of the year in Israel and the other six months in the UK, was saying to other Jewish women in Israel why she likes coming back frequently to her other home in Israel, and how it fills her with optimism because the Israelis are optimistic in spite of the missiles and the attacks they face, where bombs can fall on them at any time, and houses just down the road took a hit, but she despairs in the UK ( she is British born and returns to the UK for her work as a journalist ) because the British people have given up she said, and they are telling their children to leave the UK instead of fighting for their culture and country. Melanie says she is irked by the attitude of Brits, begging, fretting, worrying, but not achieving anything by those methods because even their Government sees that as weakness. I thought “ she correct, we should hold our chins up and fight politically by changing our political leaders to those who will stop what is happening, and we should gather and protest and be prepared to defend our interests and values and be British and proud instead of being defeatists. I think begging is being defeatist but l understand why you think it can be a useful tool, l just think we need to garner our pride and stand up those political globalists and begging won’t do anything but make them use the whip harder on us not our foe. yep, i saw somewhere, so take this with a pinch of salt, that a poll discovered that 47% of the youth asked could not say what D-Day was or when it took place. It's almost unbelievable. now I'm young and I know, but that's because I have an interest in history, but I was also taught in primary school the basics and a lot from my dad. the rest I found out for myself by watching documentaries and using the mystical forgotten art of reading books. you wonder, what's more important than teaching D-Day and the basics of WW2 in primary history? or how badly are they teaching children that they just switch off and have no interest to learn?

I watched it live and I once heard 1 chant sang repeatedly 5 times roughly. And it seemed to be shut down and didn't hear it again.

There was no Litter or Damage left after the Rally. The Green was left as it was found.

People are trying to rub out our history and trying to claim it as their own. The British people are very proud of their country and just lately they feel like second class citizens in their own country. People are coming over here who hate this country. Anyone can come here but if you adopt our way of life then we have no problem with that. It’s when they come over here and start protesting every Saturday, if they are that concerned then why don’t they go back to Gaza and fight for their country. There is so much going on here and it’s not all positive so having something like Tommy Robinson is giving the British people hope.

Back in the 1950 60s 70 you were mostly safe I'm 75 so I do know how this country has changed and from the 1990s it has gulged away and gone down the drain and London is the worst of the places here.

It's simple - British locals get social housing first, if they can substantiate a long-standing connection with the area. refugees and asylum seekers have to go into the private sector if they can afford it, or stay in refugee hostels or go BACK HOME. No social housing for them, as they have no connection with the area, until all those who have, are housed. Now there's who9le abandoned villages in Corsica, with perfectly good houses with a small bit of work- youcan all go there, and upland farm and live in abandoned villages.
