It's because Chrom is a the main lord in the game so they gave him the Fire Emblem theme meanwhile Robin is just the tactician and Lucina is not the main lord so they gave them the awakening theme.

FF games the victory theme continues on and on until the player chooses the "okay" option. I've played them, this is no joke, after every fight in a turn based FF this happens. But overall the theme itself has appeared in every FF game and every game involving FF

Casey64 I think Chrom has the normal FE theme because he doesn’t really have the same role that Robin and Lucina play in Awakening, they have to change their fate and Chrom is kinda along for the ride.

Agreed! Also Chrom's bothers me too. I think it's because he's a main character. Corrin doesn't have the main theme because his story is more mythical compared to the others, and Lost in Thoughts was a very important song. I think even Chrom said that Hoshido and Nohr were myths in Ylisse which is really cool!!

I love maining Corrin, his victory theme is beautiful and powerful, I also secondary Byleth & Chrom and Byleth wasn’t on here as this video is older than Byleth’s release, and because of that Chrom wasn’t updated to have the Awakening theme yet

Dark Samus and Ridley have the same victory theme. The one used for Ridley here was actually the E3 version. They removed the ending notes for unknown reasons despite many people loving the last bit.
