Basically smaller troops mostly have changes in level 3 then 5 and then on each level.whereas some troops like dragon and pekka get changes on each level from start

I was in like silver 3 when I went against this bronze 1 base which was really crappy so I rushed it and 2 max Valkyries and a level 8 wizard came out and destroyed my army because I was using giant wizard at the they were all level 2
