These are the only videos I use to cool down anymore. Great soundtracks and the directions are so good and well timed and the flow is so natural that I don't feel like I have to be constantly checking my screen to see what to do

AT BEGINING WHEN YOU RAISE ARMS LIKE THAT IS THAT WHEN YOU'RE HEAVY MOUTH BREATHING? IF YOU'RE BREATHING TOO HEAVY FROM MOUTH YOU WOULDNT BE ABLE TO PUT ARMS ABOVE HEAD RIGHT? 0:05 YOU DID HEAVY NASAL BREATH. WAS THAT CAUSE BREATHING STILL ABOVE NORMAL?
