I'm crying so hard right now, because I haven't listened to this song for ages. But there are still so many memories attached to it. I used to be depressed and pretty close to suicide, but All Time Low were the only persons on earth who could really make me smile and give me hope. I used to listen to Therapy whenever I felt like hurting myself or giving up and this song always helped me through these times. By now I'm a happy girl, I haven't hurt myself for nearly a year and I met All Time Low and they made me promise that I'd never kill myself. I'm so insanely glad I didn't kill myself, because life can be so beautiful. It will always get better.

How's freshman year going? tough year huh? don't fit in, your parents are the WORST, and the teachers are jerks.

I've never had any suicidal thoughts or depression, thankfully. The closest I've come to is when I was really young. After being taken away from my parents for a reason I still don't understand and put through three foster homes I was shipped across the country to my grandmas little home in northern Ohio. I was that short, awkward girl with the speech impediment that no one really liked. Oddly, though, that didn't bother me. The only friend I needed was my cats and my own imagination, and that got me through much of preschool, kindergarten, and first grade. After that, though, I met people who were just as quirky as myself, and they helped me to understand and appreciate the little things in life. To all those struggling, life always gets better. No matter who you are, there is always someone who cares. All you need to do is seek them out.

This song helped me accept my bisexuality somehow. It's sort of weird because usually this song helps people who went through a depression phase or a tough time dealing with a lost of a loved one. For a while, my parents were not supportive that I came out; saying that no one would love and my sexuality was either a "stepping-stone" or a "phase". I'm glad this song helped me because when they started to knock me down again, I kept cool and said: "you're not me, I know who I want to love." and since then, they've kept their mouthes shut about it. (I'm sorry if this didn't make sense.)

I've sunken deep into depression over the past year. Currently I've been diagnosed with Anxiety, depression, OCD, and PTSD. I've been doing everything possible to find some kind of happiness and light. All this has done for me is made me sink even deeper into this hole. Now I'm stuck in between two bad places. Just 10 months ago I found bands like ATL, MCR, P!ATD, FOB, and many more. They helped me to smile and not feel alone, even if it was only for a few minutes at a time. I'm so thankful for songs like this. ATL wouldn't write a song like this if they didn't think people could relate. That means there are others out there like me. More importantly that means there is still hope for me. So thank you so much.

I cry every time I listen to this song. When I was 18 I had my first panic attack. Then another one. And then another one. Two weeks later I had twenty panic attacks a day. I stopped eating, got depressed, lost a lot of friends. For over one year I was in therapy. It actually helped me. My therapist was great. Now, at the age of 21, I still have panic attacks. I will always have them. I will always have panic attacks and there will be people who don't get it. But that's okay. Because I found out who my real friends are, I am happy in my job and I learned to love myself. It gets better :)

I can relate to this song in so many ways. After being bullied for my weight, looks and other things, I began to have suicidal tendencies. I lost my mother to a car accident in 2009, and since then, my life hasn't been the same. I got called "Emo", "Fag", "Gay", "Ugly", "Worthless" and many other things I would rather not name.. I can't remember when I starting seeing a therapist/counselor, they've been a part of my life forever now. Of course, they don't really help the deep permanent scars in my emotions. ~ This subject is a hard one for me, I just wanted to show everyone that they aren't alone.

Music is the best and only true therapist there is. Music doesn't interrogate you. Music doesn't automatically assume you need help when you don't. Music doesn't treat you like a patient that must be tended to. Music is truly your friend, is by your side through everything. Music can make you feel good in the worst times. Music is a friend that doesn't judge you or minimize you, it just lets the wave of sound roll in and take you away...

I've never listened or had any interest in listening to All Time Low but I'm glad I started because their songs are amazing :)

+Punk wonderland I am so sorry you went through that. Even though I know nothing about you or who you are, and I'm basically just some random guy on the internet, I truly do feel sympathetic to you. Life is a beautiful thing, if you leave then you will never hear a bird tweet, the wind whistle through the tree branches, the sun set, among other things. I truly hope everything does turn out alright for you, you have my deepest condolences, since I have been there before, struggling with depression. And Merry Christmas to you as well.

+Gay Emo Prince *hugs* never commit suicide, I too was hospitalized for trying to kill myself, all you need to do is find that one thing to hold on to, one thing like you're worried your pet or your family will be sad or friends or a someone special. Once you have that thing, you hold onto it and you never ever let go, you keep on living, you're beautiful and you deserve to live. The start of the chorus of this song always gives me tingles, every single time.

This song brought me back to the time when I had extremely low self esteem, I think if I'd known about this band during or before that time, I think I would've healed faster, but its all over and I'm happy again :D to anyone who's going through a rough patch in their lives, stay strong! I believe you can get through it, and so does all time low :)

If you are reading this I promise that everything's gonna be ok. Whatever you'll going through: self-harm, eating disorders, depression...or all of them you will be fine. Trust me, I have experience. Sometimes I still feel sad and have urges and will to self-harm but I must remind me that I'm not worthless for everybody, there are always people who care and I can talk to. You have to do the same, life isn't that crappy as you think!

I've went to therapy three times because my mom says I need to be girly instead of myself. She said I have to be more like how she wants me to be. It made me feel like a complete disappointment because my mom wanted a girl and I'm the only daughter she got, but I'm not the kind of daughter she wanted..

Ah, this song brings back memories. This is the first song I ever heard by ATL, back in 8th grade. That was nearly 5 years ago! ATL is still one of my favorite bands.

I gotta be honest, this song just explains me.

Any boys who are suicidal and depressed. Let it out. You don't have to be strong. You can cry. You can hurt. You can express your feelings just as girls like I do.

My friend made me listen to this. I am very glad that I listened. I have never heard any of All Time Low's songs before... This was a great first song to listen to.

I never cry for songs but this was my exeption. I found myself crying while listening to this, maybe it's because I can relate so much to the lyrics? I don't know but this was such an awesome creation (not just a song, this is ART)
