I am a pharmacist and food scientist in Australia, at our home we have no wheat, sugar, rice or things made of these, we buy 5 kinds of positive millets, use ghee, curd, vegetables, coconut oil in our diet in addition to intermittent fasting. All these changes has given us good health physically and mentally. My father was able to get rid of his insulin that he was using for last 10 years. Thanks Dr.

Sir, it is wealth of knowledge listening to you. The two days that I am supposed to consume any millet, should I consume these millets for breakfast, lunch and dinner along with say sambhar, curry, salad and curd? I have to substitute rice with banyard millet, All other food as usual. Should I avoid anything in particular? Please comment on my understanding.

Sir I am 69 years old.In 2020 I had cancer myloma in my sinus. It was treated properly at Tata hospital. In those days my blood the WBC was as high as 98000.The experts say i there is no reason to worry.Just keep on checking the count every 6 months. They also called it a kind of blood cancer. With the information from you I changed my food.. No rice wheat. Only millets like jawar or bajra. In the evening only millets and dal. This I am doing it for 7 month's.And surprisingly my WBC report shows from 96000 to 28000.

Dear Dr. Sarala, I live in the Netherlands and I have found no supplier from the 5 millets. (Only foxtail millet). So I ordered the millets by an online company called “Distacart” (very expensive). They told me that they are supporting the farmers. Do you know if this is true? I don’t mind to pay more but the money must go to them. Thanks for doing this great work. Stay healthy, Jack
