The video for this is from Saw (I think), so if you're squeamish, I'd recommend a lyric video.

you should try "this calling" next time, it's an excellent song too and shows another side of the band, that's it, great reaction as always

All That Remains are basically the reason metalcore is the way it is today. The Fall of Ideals is genuinely the best metalcore album of all time, and it isn't close.

agree to disagree, but The Fall of Ideals definetely deserves its place in the top 5 melodic metalcore albums of that era. Kilswitch, Shadows Fall, In Flames, etc. should be in the conversation as well. That said, obviously no disrespect to ATR - they're GOATed

You should check out Six by them. It does a great job combining their heavier style with their lighter melodic bridges. Great video as always!

One of my favorite songs to play on guitar Early All That Remains is what made me pick up a guitar in the first place The Air That I Breathe, Chiron, and Focus Shall Not Fail are absolute bangers RIP Oli Herbert One of the best guitarists to come out around this time Another one gone too soon

All That Remains, These guys set the pace and one of the first to introduce metalcore to this beautiful world

Fall of Ideals, Overcome, and For We Are Many are 3 albums that absolutely made me fall in love with metalcore. Basically this band in general

You just solved a puzzle for me by saying this sounded like "Power Rangers" lol. As a kid I was OBSESSED with Power Rangers and loved the theme song. I have been hooked on this type of music and heavier stuff since I was a kid. I guess I need to give credit to Power Rangers for shaping my musical taste to this day 😂.

Note that this came out at the tail-end of the era of shortening songs for T.V., so this is not the song as intended. Basically the guitar solo, and build up to the end was cut. All That Remains guitar solos are notoriously short, so why they cut it at all is a mystery.

I haven't heard this in so long! Me and my friends used to blast this album in our trucks and act like maniacs. I grew up in Maine and we all had lifted pickup trucks with huge offroad tires and good stereo systems and we used to get drunk and smoke blunts and drive around with metal cranked so loud that we couldn't hear each other talk. When the cops tried to pull us over, we would just drive into the woods like maniacs and get away. We knew all the logging roads that cover half the state and we would shoot our guns out the windows at road signs and trees. We would even drive across the river and go to Canada when the river was low in summer and raise hell, do burnouts and donuts on people's lawns and haul ass back over the border. This album was on repeat all the time during the summer it came out.

We tried playing but it was so fast we couldn't kudos to oli herbert the greatest goat....

Some of the people all of the time is one not very popular but one I think you'd still very much enjoy.

All that remains are amazingggggg, keep them coming ❤

Love all that remains. My now wife got me four of their cds when we first started dating due to my love for them. Unfortunately have not seen them in concert yet but here's to hoping!!

Two weeks, not alone, this calling. My top 3 favorite songs by these guys, they have been for years.

They really had some bangers back in the day. A big name in the mid-2000's new wave of American heavy metal. The song they did for one of the Saw films, This Calling, is a certified banger for sure.

One of those bands where you need albums and not single tracks. The Fall of Ideals and Overcome are two of the best. You can pick and choose tracks, but there are few full albums that are just great. All That Remains managed to have two of them.

Hell yeah! Wonderfull choice, this band is phenomenal. :)
