Everybody loves to spend hundreds of thousands of rubles on their gun and armor and then they pinch pennies over backpacks, lol. They have a huge impact on profit. You should always run the biggest bag you can fill up and still carry. Even if you kill a pmc, they probably have a shit bag that won't carry everything.

@@Jake-bt3fc I usually go bagless, helmetless, in high ergo armor, and charge at nearby spawns before I get looting. Don't need a backpack if I'm dead or steal one 😆 I will, however, throw on a big ole backpack and vacuum for 20 minutes if I have scav kills or retrieval missions to do while I wait for the lobby to get thinned out.

@@Iguessthislldo Yeah, but my point is, bags aren't expensive and most people don't buy good ones. I never rely on other people to have good gear. I agree about the helmets, though. They're expensive, they don't save you much, and you find them all over the place.

@@Jake-bt3fc Agree with you 100% on the bags and the whole "I have $600k gun and a Sling bag" silliness. I definitely prefer a 'combat beret' for drip checks but the Untar helmet saved me from buckshot scavs twice while doing Peacekeeping this wipe 😆

23:30 L191 was bugged mid wipe, where it actually had no trader stock. So it showed as 'sold out' every time. I checked it at quiet hours and it was never in stock at the reset. There was a MP5 50 round mag barter that had the same issue last wipe.

It wasn't bugged the stock was to low. Refresh on flea and u get it. My buddy did it no problem the entire wipe. Even though 193 is goated

L191 was always available but sold out in about 1 minute. It was sub par anyways, P90 is best with 193 as it gives you almost negative recoil on the gun

I'd never tried the MCX before a few weeks ago when I pulled one off a body, now I use it constantly. I prefer its recoil over any of the other assault rifles, and it sounds great.

Messing around with armor pen calcultor, i found out, quite interestingly, that Lead Slug is a 2-shot kill through lvl.2 armor up to 50m in the thorax. And, if you miss and hit the arms, it's 3-4 shot kill due to sheer damage. I feel like it's a bit underrated due to slugs historically perceived as "bad". On wipe day, a shotty with Lead Slugs is an incredible cheap weapon with naked 1-shot and PACA 2-shot potential. Definitely going to try it!

@@markdombrovan8849 The way I see the Toz is like a beefed up but slow pistol in usability. Yes I'd use even a blown out Scav AK any day, but if it's between buying a pistol or a TOZ, TOZ isn't a bad option considering how close cheap pistols are to the TOZ or the DB if you want the full size shells.

Considering armour and body hitbox changes coming next/after next wipe, alot of early legmeta calibers are going to retain kill potential for longer throughout the wipe, ESPECIALLY shotguns. Kedr and double barrel early game meta I reckon.

I love tarkov ammo deep-dives. I came to tarkov for weapon parts modding, stayed for ammo variety. If they ever add more American ammos, i really hope for .22LR and American-180 SMG to use it, among other stuff. That gun runs 1200 RPM with either 177 or 275 capacity drum magazines, but bullet is absolutely tiny, half the size of 9x18PM, it's only 5.6x15mm in size. But it could be a very fun leg meta gun for early wipe. 0 recoil, huge magazine, cheap ammo (in theory), it's like PPSH, but American

Interessting, I would always say that for the 4.6x30 ammo that the subsonic would be better. 36 pen is great for most encounters until late wipe and the -22 recoil makes the gun a laser beam, though I havent played since they reduced the recoil accross the board this wipe so is the -22 not needed anymore?

LPS is prapor level 2 now, not available at prapor level 1. FMJ, however, is available from him at L1.

I literally just watched the old one thinking that it needs an update

i've been finding a ton of boxes of bp 7.62x39 for my akms (i'm still a noob) everywhere on scav runs. probably because it's late wipe and people are just ignoring ammo boxes entirely but they've been really plentiful. been making it out with 240-300 BP or 5.45 BS pretty much every reserve scav run

762 BP > 762 m61 m52 m80 > m855a1 > else. This is my preference. I have found ALOT of luck using a BLK MDA 7.62x51 with M80s.

curious what would be best for level 1 now that Lps gzh is prapor lvl2

They really need to add a 7.62x39 round in-between PS and BP. It makes those guns unusable in the mid game.

Also m80 should definitely be pk3. Personally, it's my favorite round cause it goes with my favorite guns. Obviously m61 & 2 are much better. But unlocking them at the same time makes zero sense.

@@TheGoatLocker I agree, most casual players barely even get to PK3 anyway. .308 is my favorite caliber and has the sexiest guns with it (SR-25, RSASS, DVL, T-5000), and I hate that it takes so long for me to viably use them.

My graphics card broke and my old one doesn't like the big maps so I stopped playing for this wipe😢😢

Flechette in actual practice really sucks, magnum ALWAYS out performs it severely in my personal use.

I had 2 ammo cases filled with crafted sp6 when they raised its price to 3k+ a round. Needless to say I'm set for rubles for the rest of the wipe- unless I buy a red keycard with my profits, that is... HMMM....

@@sugamynutz731 lmao yeah dude, lemme craft 150 ap6.3 in 16 hours when i could pre-nerf craft 600 Sp-6 in 18 hours, that sounds efficient. i mean even post nerf, you’re still making 400 sp-6 in the time it takes you to craft 150 AP6.3. you also do realize that you get the craft for sp-6 well before prapor 3, right? you also know you can’t craft 855a1, right? why in the world would you even craft 40 rounds of SNB? so you can run a mosin raid? so you can run 2 SVD mags? also lol at calling sp-6 a mid tier ammo when it performs similarly to BP and 855a1.

Why does it feel like 7.62x39 BP doesnt hurt like it did last wipe?? Feels like even scavs take 2-4 shots nomatter what. 56a1 will 1 tap them all day.

Why didn't you mention 9x19 and 9x18 ammo? Are they all terrible?

I’d argue the g36 that you get from PK level 2 with M56A1 is the best CQB to mid range gun bullet combo once attained.

ive been trying the g36 out, and while it is a complete monster in CQB, i find that sometimes the up-down bounce can be really aggressive and cause you to miss shots even after auto-compensation. if the recoil wasnt as aggro/RNG, it would def be good in mid-range, but IMO the scar is just better for mid-long range engagements for similar cost.

There's a few ammo boxes that got missed when they banned ammo. They have periodically removed them when they remember (You could buy BT and BS ammo boxes as well, but those are more common so got noticed faster)

Step 1: go woods Step 2: go to the scav hut Step 3: get 1000 rounds of BS in a few raids Step 4:???? Step 5: profit

Sadly as a casual tarkov ffed me real hard...

So farm BP and M61 once level 30 and 2/3 tap 90 percent of the players in game. Got it.
