No, it’s only in Java and requires either 1.7.0 or 1.12.2, and you can only access the most recent version (1.20.1 when I’m writing this) on MCPE

I mean that alarm is heard in Black Mesa a remake version of Half Life 1 and the alarm plays during the Resonance Cascade which literally made creatures from another dimension come and basically start killing every human and despite the Black Mesa Research Facility being in New Mexico we can still see creatures from Xen in Half Life 2 which is in Eastern Europe
