I’m sick of reports going to Child protection services and nothing is done. In this case the judge didn’t even see Corey before rejecting the mothers complaint. Another child is dead because of a system that doesn’t work. This list just keeps getting longer and longer. Enough already…..do something!

I figured the lawyer read comments during the first couple days and then relayed to him to soften his look. I know they look because I remember in the trial for the mom of the school tragedy, her lawyer said basically I know you all don't like me, and there's a TikTok channel about me, etc. so I think they pay attention to try and use it to their advantage.

@@damama5465 THIS is my kids dad. He took me to court for FULL CUSTODY!! We settled out of court. Lawyers talk amongst each other. My lawyer came to me. Its about the money. He will settle and give you full custody if you dont go for support. He was married to a legit Prostitute at the time, its in her record. I was scared of him having ANY custody. I got full custody!! He has visited 1x and NEVER uses his time that was awarded to him. Granted we are 1500 miles apart. I would travel to the MOON to see my kids. he just proved they wouldnt be safe. im blessed.

They have connections. The father was a retired state trooper. This week, they have their own forensic who will oppose the testimony of the previous forensic who re examin Corey. He was only charged for child endangerment on the first trial and got out on bail.

Even with addiction she kept him safe and fed abd loved. That POS and his equally as awful family certainly didn't.

I think the dad planned out this entire thing - to kill the son & send the mom to prison for it. First he gives the mother custody for the weekend - unusual. Then he demands the child come home the next day after he finds out that the mother took the child to a doctor to investigate abuse. He gets the boy home and beats him in such a way that he is not visibly bleeding but fatally hurt. The boy dies and the dad flees, but is quickly found, then eventually arrested. His defense is that the mom, who had the boy for 4+ years with no issues or abuse, killed the son. Just disgusting. Even his defense lawyer is bringing up things the dad googled before and shortly after the child's death, as excuses for the death, besides the obvious- his abuse of that child.

HE TOOK A PICTURE WITH HIS DYING SON NEXT TO HIM ON THE COUCH THE DAY HE DIED!!! THE LEVEL OF SOCIOPATH THIS MAN HAS IS OUT OF THIS WORLD.

I can’t help but think that Gregory’s lawyer is going to lose a LOT of future employment opportunities after people see how he acts in a court room. I would be EXTREMELY embarrassed to be on trial and have this guy acting as my defense. He acts like he’s trying to be a tough lawyer asking the hard questions but he comes off as nothing more than being arrogant, and a bully.

The defense attorney stated Christopher picked Corey up 6 times and put him back up on the treadmill. He grabbed him and threw him and bit him. He's crazy.

Lets see, there's the incriminating treadmill video, then the fact that he fled after finding out his son died. Shaking my head. Those text messages alone severely incriminate him. He should've just taken the deal they offered him. Raging narcissist personality with some sociopathic tendencies believing he could beat the charges, and have less jail time than what they offered him. This man is sick, mentally ill.Who does this, bites a child on his head?! My heart bleeds for the child who suffered at the hands of the very person that was supposed to protect him.

His internet searches alone prove that he is guilty, add in the fleeing, the treadmill incident, the fact he took all the evidence of Corey vomiting etc from the apartment ( police could smell it but nothing in the bins etc), he is so guilty of repeatedly abusing this gorgeous little boy and killing him on that last day of his life, and depriving him of not being able to have his mum with him in his final moments ( the hospital wanted to contact her but Chris referred to her as a “ drug addict”, yes she had abused them previously but she was clean and had joint custody of Corey!!!, and he himself had a drug conviction!!!), his action are deplorable, indefensible, and just show that he should never have been given given custody of that little boy. RIP Corey❤

Aww poor Christopher was tortured,what a line of crap. It was Corey who was tortured and only him. Instead of Christopher’s parents calling the police and having Brianna’/her mother arrested. They could have been more understanding of what they were going through.

While they were in the gym, Christopher walked by the windows to see if anyone was pulling in the parking lot and going to enter the gym. He did this multiple times.

I've watched the treadmill video 60 times. I can't comprehend this cowards actions.

I think Christopher took out his hatred of the mother on the child. He was so angry that she took him to the hospital the night before that he killed his own child. He needs life with no possibility of parole.

I bet Christopher is wishing he took the plea deal because this autopsy says it all!

I have no idea if the treadmill injuries is what killed him and I'm positive the father did. Look how aggressive he is with him and how he bit him on top of his head while trying to force him to run. He did that in PUBLIC. Imagine what he did in private.

@raynasta84 : No, they do not believe the treadmill incident caused the child’s death. It is just a visual example of how Gregor treated his son, in a public setting, mind you. He received a subsequent beating, at a later date. The child was seen by at least one Dr. after the treadmill incident,& he was healing normally. There was a specific window of time that Corey was with the defendant, alone, that they believe he was physically attacked by Gregor. :(

​@@jill2066the treadmill was after the dr because the moms testimony was that the video was when she dropped him off AFTER the drs office at the gym where that POS wanted him dropped off.

The man resented the baby being his son. He had a fling and didn’t want a kid. He didn’t want his parents seeing he was a terrible person so living alone he could take his hate out on the kid.

Christopher's parents MAY or MAY NOT have been harassed. Regardless, it's irrelevant! It has absolutely NOTHING to do with the cause of Corey's death. This attorney is desperately reaching for anything to distract the jury from his POS client's guilt. Hopefully this jury is not so naive and they see the truth! I don't know how Breanna kept it together. Had that been me watching my son's father abuse him on that treadmill? I would've become so full of rage that I probably would've attacked him right there in the courtroom. I'd end up in prison for murder...or at least attempted murder.

Corey's mom spoke with Children & Family Services 100 times with no result. The treadmill was the least of Corey's problems. Of course, he called his parents. This poor excuse for a human being fled, ran away because he knew he would be charged with child endangerment and murder.
