I never get why with Wolfenstein, the devs at Id software tend to constantly mix the Wehrmacht and the SS into one and the same thing. They're not, and they never were the same, and at times even butted heads with each other.

Nazism is the expressed belief in the doctrine of Hitler surrounding the supremacy of the supposed Aryan race, Fascism is the belief regarding rule of a nation through dictatorial means and the suppression of any opposition. They are not exactly the same, with Nazism being focused on the Aryan dominance and Fascism being a broader idea that several other totalitarian nations adopted (most notably the other Axis powers during WW2). However, Hitler implemented a Fascist state under the Idea of the Nazi party. Those who supported his state were therefore advocates for both Nazism and Fascism. Not solely Nazism.

It's too pleasant to be a fascist. It will always emerge somewhere and ruin something. . . . . . . . The best opposition for it is old-school legism. State must not care for any idea and doesn't lie to make people love it. It openly declares wish to dominate everything, and holds people together _only_ through fear and violence. Also, they were first who made everyone equal under the law and chose high-ranked people for their skill, with no nobility or need to crush unwanted races or protect something or whatever bullshit. The first honest political system. Though i can name few disadvantages, one of them is really close to its core ideas(like banning all science in addition to art, so people are less individual. Nowadays science is proven useful), but you may stay legist even if you change them. Okay, democracy is fine too (unless someone pleasant but bad wins the election)

yes i had to extend the soundtrack afterwards. The original soundtrack is effective, but i think its too short so i just wanted it to last a bit longer.

i dont really understand why you are mixing up a soundtrack from an antiwar movie based off a pacifist antiwar book with a videogame that promotes war (sure, against nazis and nazis were bad but yall get the point) im sorry but im a ww1 nerd and this just grind my gears :/

War against fascists is in service towards pacifism. It might sound contradictory, but pacifism is itself a paradoxical ideology, by avoiding war, you neglect defence, and as such, you invite conquest. If pacifism is to be truly achieved, it requires a peacekeeping force of violent actors. Acting like there is any possibility of long lasting peace without deterance, is a quixotic notion that has no place in the real world, even Ghandi recognised that.
