My father fought in the Second World War. He was part of the D Day Landings. If he was alive today he would be very distraught to see the events happening now. He always hoped that WW1 and WWII would be a deterrent to another world war ever happening again. What a waste of human life when we just keep repeating the same mistakes!

Isn’t it a crying shame when the memories of world war 2 disappear into the mist of time the new generation has absolutely no idea of the complete horrors of war. History repeats itself time and time again. Same mistakes made, millions of lives lost because we don’t learn from history. If world war 3 kicks off just remember you won’t have to worry about the pass or the future because life itself will come to an end. Concentrate on peace and to sort out our differences because the alternative doesn’t bare thinking about.

We were supposed to collapse in peace like SSSR and Chezchoslovakia but Bill Clinton promised Bosnian Muslims their own Islamic state without us Serbs if they start a civil war so they did. Four years of mindless bloodshed for nothing. As someone who survived civil war as a kid though my advice to you is to run away if you can. My mum was wise enough to snatch me and my sister from school and we run away from Sarajevo to Belgrade on the last day, tomorrow nobody could leave the city because Bosnian Muslims set barricades and formed concentration camps across Sarajevo for the Serbs who didn't manage to escape Sarajevo. You can only imagine what would happen to a Christian girl in Muslim concentration camp.

Both statements are pretty much correct, even if exaggerated. Yes, Russia's lost a lot of military hardware and keeps doing that on daily basis. But they produce a lot of it too. Also, they don't need that much advanced hardware, given that Putin in more than capable of mobilising tens of millions. Even if all he has is massive WW2-style infantry with AKs and some old-fashioned artillery for good measure, this orc army is more than capable of obliterating most of the EU countries, particularly the smaller ones such as Baltic states. Quantity has a quality of its own.

I’m a former soldier, former government operations officer and CTU Instructor. WAR is just this. It is each and every governments Weakness Against Reality. Every country, every government has the ability and power to deal with any threat, be that financial, physical, emotional and aggression. I have witnessed many many decisions made by ministers, senior executives and senior agents that made you think are they for real. Russia has no interest in invading UK, it has no future plans for occupancy of the UK. The UK has provided and allowed occupation and financial security to many eastern bloc groups and individuals. Hell, I can walk out my door yomp for 7 miles and pass 75 Eastern bloc organisations, groups and set ups. What is actually happening is panic setting in because they have no further remit to modernise their problem solving skills and still run on ancient laws and legislation that is not fit for future worlds. If you are already saying things that reflect how our society is thinking about our politicians and our world then you know where I’m coming from. I will leave you with this thought though. Not everything you see and hear on our news networks is actually factual. Do some reflecting analysis and you will see more than you wish. Remember. The person who points the finger always has 3 more pointing back at them!!!!!

What we need is an influx of young fighting age men. 😂

True. Russia is not an aggressive global empire like the USA which started more wars than any nation since 1945, has c.800 military bases in two-thirds of the UN's nations and spends more on war that the next EIGHT countries combined. Russia is protecting its border and defending Russian people in eastern Ukraine (soon to be New Russia because the west wanted war and prevented its Kiev regime signing a peace treaty in March 2022).
