Look for books similar to things you already enjoy. What are some things you enjoy about your favorite movies, shows, etc.? Choose books that fit those descriptions. Also, reading the physical book while listening to the audiobook might also help.

Hey ! I would say start with a book that has a collection of short stories. Like light reading. Then understand what genre you like like fantasy, non-fiction, romance, autobiographies etc. and read books that align with your likes.There are books for everyone you just have to find your genre. Good luck!
