Watching destiny just talk about her favorite books for 30 minutes is literally the cutest most wholesome thing ever. i could sit here for 2 hours listening to her go on and on about these books shes just so funny and adorable and seeing someone show genuine excitement about a book is top teir because we all know that feeling i just love it so much

@@Booksarebetterthanhumans1989 okay so you could go into it with just reading the serpent and the wings of night and the ashes of the star cursed king or you could read the novella in between the books which is called six scored roses I think. I haven’t read that novella bc I’m on budget and I’m getting the ashes of the star cursed king for Christmas I think. Have fun reading!

I read the Caraval series and I am so excited to get into Once Upon A Broken Heart, that's up next! I enjoyed the storied life of AJ Fikry sooo much. That book changed my life and truly made me feel like books speak to us most when we read them at certain points in our lives. I also read Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow and would very much recommend that to late 80's/ 90's kids. So nostalgic. The seven Year slip is possibly my favorite romance novel I read this year.

100% agree ! I do not see as much hype around CRESCENT CITY and there should be! Absolutely love love love I think about the characters probably once a day and find myself getting super emotional over it when I’m in my car driving lol LOVE❤

I loved the Naturals (and Inheritance Games) and Love Theoretically

Some of my faves this year were A Court of Silver Flames, When in Rome, The whole Magnolia Parks series but I’m a Daisy girl, and The Dead Romantics. And I am starting TOG next year!

You should definitely give The Plated Prisoner series a try (Gild being the first book). It's a fantasy romance that I haven't seen very much of but it's good. You'll cheer on the main girl as she fights for her independence and cheer for her relationship with a very morally grey villain who is the villain to everyone but her. Dual POV as well.

I just read They Call Her Sofia by Doris Ladino and I loved it! It’s a book about healing and finding self love after being betrayed and manipulated. It’s sweet and spicy. The audiobook is very entertaining and easy to listen to. Overall , It’s a feel good book and fast read. Enjoy!
