4:40 The reason Roxy is able to find us is because she heard the mimic using Gregory’s voice. We know she is out for revenge against Gregory bc he took her eyes. She probably wouldn’t think twice that Gregory would attack someone for no reason (considering it happened to her). Also since Roxy lost her eyes, she probably had to rely on her sense of sound, and hearing something so far away may be something she’s used to.

Or maybe, it's just mimic mimicking roxy voice. if you disable gregory and cassie dialouge, you can hear Roxy shocked when mimic is mimicking her voice in the battle before beaten up by him. The fact that mimic cycle thru Roxy's entire voice line(that he heard, not all) just prove that he can also be roxy.

@@AceFaz Plus people looked into the code of the DLC, and every time it's Mimic speaking as Gregory it says "Grimic". While there is no roxy equivalent in the code, like none.

When Roxy hears Gregory his voice through Cassie her walkie for the first time and gets mad, those lines of ''Cassie are you there'' that make her mad when you run into her the first time, that is also real Gregory according to the files, AND it wouldn't make sense for fake Greg also to randomly scream ''CASSIE ARE YOU THERE?'' through the walkie

There’s a couple possible routes that come to mind for the elevator ending. Either Gregory actually gets in touch with her and helps lead her to the elevator, now my thing is why would he lead her to the elevator just to send her plummeting back down to the bottom. We hear the static go off and even in the subtitles we see Gregory’s name pop up twice possibly showing these are two different people one being Gregory and the one telling her “it’s not her fault” is the mimic. I do believe that regardless of who cut the lines the mimic still plans on using Cassie as a means to escape, which I’ll touch on later. Now on the other hand if Gregory actually drops her back down, throughout the entire ending cutscene just think about how is Gregory able to guide Cassie through the caves. He’s more than likely able to see her over some cameras in the cave as she’s running. Once she’s on the elevator Gregory no longer speaks to her through the walkie talkie. He’s speaking to her through the elevator intercom and right next to the intercom is what looks to be a camera. Now that Cassie is in the elevator Gregory gets a good look at Cassie and notices that she’s carrying the Vanni mask and puts together that the only way she could’ve deactivated MXES is if she has the mask and something, Helpy, has been guiding her. At this point him and Vanessa should know what happens to anyone who put on the Vanni mask meaning they know that she now has the neural chip implanted inside of her, since she can see Helpy without the mask. They know it’s too dangerous to let her out due to the influence this can have over her, so Gregory drops her back down. This leads to her being found by Roxy. Previously I believed that the Mimic found away to physically hide itself within Roxy. I was on the right track but this was too hard to explain. Instead of him some how folding and shrinking and hiding within Roxy, I now believe that the Mimic has copied its A.I. into Roxy. It all makes since to me because the key component to the Mimic isn’t it’s endo, it’s the A.I. In the next game this will allow for the Mimic to continue to be the antagonist of the game while also having a backup plan, as Cassie and Roxy try to escape the pizzaplex similar to Freddy and Gregory. Maybe the Blob will be a secondary antagonist, but I can guarantee you that somehow Cassie is going to mistakenly release the Mimic. Maybe the Mimic will upload itself to the chip implanted in Cassie and take over her, because a major point in the books have been how animatronics swap bodies with children. Now we’ve just got to wait and see what happens next.

ok... to a degree, valid. But to really think about it... could the ending where roxy says "cassie" after she fell [really] be her? or is it in fact the mimic doing so? Then again, why would the mimic volentarily lose an arm trying to catch cassie? THAT.... isnt what adds up. As a bonus, the static as Gregory states "Follow *static* instructions..."

There's one thing you didn't notice Gregory's lines are separated between Gregory and grimic the Gregory voice lines in the elevator are under Gregory voice lines not grimic voice lines so it's most definitely Gregory

I think it's pretty clear the last part was the Mimic talking. Gregory literally *helped* us to the elevator like, I wanna say... two seconds ago or something? I think if it was really Gregory that ditched Cassie, he would've just straight up given her the bad news and dropped her at the start.

It’d make more sense if it uploaded its AI into Roxy and controlled her that way.

Roxy has a dialogue with the mimic overshadowed by Gregory and Cassie walkie-talkie dialogue. Before the mimic starts to chase you you'll hear Roxy's(maybe mimic) saying Cassie

Roxy being alive at the end, and calling out to us in the end, is a 50/50. Painfully. But given the path you take to get to the elevator, you end up above where the fight would have ended. When elevators fall, they fall through the bottom, meaning you would have landed next to Roxy. Possibly freeing her. Hopefully in the next chapter (maybe called Repair?) We'll see that being the case and she's ok. (I say call it "Repair" because that'd make sense to fix Roxy after escaping Mimic, in order to escape. And maybe finally seeing Gregory. And punching him, for being a little shit. Hopefully Freddy is with him.)

You mentioned that Freddy's legs match perfectly with Monty's on his model. It could be that in development, the Freddy prototype model was originally a Monty model repurposed and retextured. I'm not a 100% sure, but if you match up Monty's model on the hand cuffs too, maybe they match up as well, thus why they're longer? As to why using a Monty model instead of Freddy's original model? Most likely the claws on the model. Knowing how games are made, there are probably plenty of scrapped concept models that change throughout development, and in that scrapped pile could be a shattered Monty With legs and sharp claws that you see on his normal shattered body in the base game (possibly a place holder before the real Shattered Monty model was made) I think its easy to assume that that could be a possibility. Not really a game theory, more of a game dev theory.

the reason montys legs match up to the prototype is because the prototype model is based on the shattered freddy model that was used in development, his band mates were gonna shatter him and the afton was gonna control him. at this point in development, however, monty's upgrade wasnt his claws, but his legs. thus shattered freddy had monty's legs. so while basing ruined freddy on shattered freddy, monty's legs transfered over

Honestly I love the theory of the Carnival idea. Also the fact that SB, and RUIN both have a few similarities to the silver eyes novel series. And you can also go on and on and on about how many things that are coming out that are circus themed! So FNAF HW2 has to be The Fourth Closet since in The Twisted Ones, the 2nd book in the series, we end with Charlie going to where she thinks her brother Sammy is which is, a cave with mushrooms and a waterfall. Then she gets trapped and her fate is decided in the next book. Just like for Cassie and she falls down the elevator. Then, in the FNAF HW2 trailer, we can see the same device we used in SB in the low right corner. And we’re also going down in an elevator in the SL bunker, just like how we ended up with a Cassie falling to her “death.” Anyways, most of this was from FuhNaffs video (go check it out!) and some of MatPats, but otherwise, that’s just a theory. A GAME THEORY!

The bonnie voice thing was taken out and used for eclipse that's the exact same set of text for when he is rebooted and enters safety mode, and the circus thing is probably a reference to circus baby's diner since afton wanted to use the most advanced technology in an animatronic for entertainment.

There's also a hidden art of Ignited Freddy from TJOC:R somewhere throughout the Pizzaplex, I don't know if it holds any symbolism but it's cool nonetheless.

I know that the freddy in ruin isn't the freddy in the main games as the one in ruin still has a present in his stomach (you can see it when you get jumpscared), however in security breach, gregory gets the gift in freddy so he can get in, meaning the gift wouldn't be there if this was the freddy from security breach

Literally any other theory I heard about that not being the same Freddy was believable except this one. People claiming that it isnt Freddy just cuz he has a gift in his stomach doesn't realize that A LOT of things can happen in a few months (or however long the place has been abandoned). For all we know the gift could've been placed there (most likely swallowed but anything is possible) after the events of the main game. Just like how Chica literally looks moldier and cheesier than before (hinting she ate more trash after the main game), Monty being used to crawling, and how R oxy is better adjusted with her loss of vision. Claiming that it isnt Freddy and using the gift being there AS YOUR MAIN PROOF is literally the weakest evidence ever.

I have a theory that freddy was a prototype all along, it clearly explains why freddy is literally headless. If it was a replacement it probably would have its head. AND ITS IN FAZERBLAST WHICH IS WHERE THE CANON ENDING TAKES PLACE (saving vanny ending) also he malfunctioned at the start of sb, which is weird right? Why would he malfunction because of gregory if he was finished? He has to be a prototype all along, which also explains why he wasn’t trying to violently murder gregory. Because he was unfinished.

About the costume, people think its the amalgamation from other "animals" (idk the details if theyre animatronics or suits) into that one suit.

3:52 - personally I think it could be a metaphor for how William A. Used agony from children's souls in order to gain eternal life? It would make sense, since Bonnie was seemingly the closest animatronic to William, as almost all of William's "forms", so to speak, were of Bunny-like animatronics

At the end of the game during the credits when roxy says "cassie?" that may be the mimic because just before the mimic starts chasing you you can hear a crash and then the mimic using some of roxy's voicelines so the ending may be roxy finding cassie alive... or it's the mimic finding an unconcious cassie in the remains of the elevator.

There's no reason for Cassie going crazy She has mask on, and she has implant so it's possible that it's all made by Helpi, maybe to calm her down? But why would she go insane?

Well since we know the mask originally belonged to Vanni/Vanessa, Cassie going insane makes sense from that perspective. in the Fredbear ending we hear her deeply breathing, almost panicking. Either she was going insane or starting to lose it or she got caught by Mimic with it coping Gregory's voice one last time. If that's the case, then the Mimic can go into VR spaces, but that still wouldn't fully explain why he needed Cassie's help if Mimic could just portal through in the Fredbear ending and assumingly in the Daycare. Either way, I think the Vanni mask was starting to glitch out which is why she started to lose it.

my theory is that the lines recorded for eclipse, especially the last ones that were the same with bonnie, were originally meant to be played as if they were from bonnie, i think this because i could totally see that being bonnie's voice, and it would make complete sense for bonnie to have to "clean up" before the kids get back, especially because since hes stuck in that room he wouldnt know that the place is shut down, this would of course not have any impact on the lore, but i just think that its what might have happened during development

I think matpat is wrong about the freddie who tries to kill cassie being gregorys freddie because his reason was that freddy was incapable of seeing us when we use the vanny mask which ties with the whole roxy eyes freddy got allowing him to view people part of the ai and also how in the actually true ending of sb princess quest freddy dies but then again theres two ways freddy could not see youwhile ur in the vanny mask one hes part of the ai system and sinceu have been integrated he no longer cares abt u or he just simply could not be part of the ai system and therefore cannot see u when u put on the vanny mask but this part would require another reason for freddies hostility so im skeptical abt this freddy being gregorys with the whole prototype thing on his foot

I don't know too much of FNAFs World Lore, but I do believe "Prototype" Freddy is the same one from SB, and the tag under their foot is just a red herring. My reasoning for this is that the other animatronics have had a significant change to them as well, details that are different from their main game counterparts: Don't remember Chica's differences, but Monty has some new bronze/rusted parts, though my prime example is Roxy, as she suddenly now has a faceplate that wasn't previously there, and her ears have different interiors parts. Overall, I think what ended up happening is that Steel Wool decided to "polish" these destroyed animatronics, either to better fit Ruin's narrative or for some other technical reason.

Buddy Roxy's faceplate is a mask. In Help Wanted 2, There's a minigame where we have to help Roxy with her makeup. There's also a hardmode of this, and at the end of the hardmode she tells us to give her the mask, hence the faceplate. She's wearing another animatronic's face to hide hers.

@@TheSASofMW3 i suspect prototype freddy is, as described, an old version of freddy, but he got lost under the pizzaplex, and got torn apart by the blob, forcing the staff to build a new freddy my biggest hint? the mask can't see him, the mask can see everything that has been recently connected to the network, including broken animatronics like bonnie, monty after being electrocuted, and all the broken staffbots, if this were the freddy from the base game, the mask would be able to see him

Here is my theory on the carnival thing you mentioned. It is probably evident that the pizzeria we dive into in SB and Ruin is not the same from Pizzeria Simulator. Reason being is from candy cadet. You don't have to buy him in FNAF 6 making him pointless in Ruin. This means that this was a different area which is most likely a fredbear/freddy's location in the 70s but upon it failing somehow, a new company got it and made the mascots we see the mimic use

Did anyone notice that the twisted carnival gameplay comes from FusionZGamer? (It is labeled but it could also be pretty easy to miss) But im actually really happy that his gameplay was used for a video like this! Knowing as he did play the game and is started to make sense

I think the prototype freddy has the same head as our freddy, fazbear entertainment took the prototypes head and put it on our freddy to save money I guess.

They couldve very easily put “Prototype” on SB Freddy’s foot, the same way they did it with Freddy’s Model in the DLC after it released (trailer showed differently), yet they didnt. And they're not gonna go back and put it on SB Freddy's foot because that would take away the whole mystery (and controversy, as displayed by you and me lmao) aspect of Ruin Freddy's situation. Instead, they're gonna say something funny like "oh the marking was painted over his foot" or it could very well be a second Freddy. Like I said, it's possible but very unlikely. @@Chris-xc1hm tf you mean Cope?! there is vares evidence that this is the same freddy and it would be illogical for it to be a "second freddy" we don't know what/ when has timed pass after SB but what we do know is that the pizzaplex got hit with a earthquake of some kind (and probably the damage was worse for the fact of the sinkhole is caving in). the fact that animatronics are in a state of disrepair shows that fazbear enterprise/corporation has just..completely abandon the pizzaplex and left it too rot. (since they are quite the cheapskates). in order for it to be the same freddy pretty much the event of save vanny had to be redon and have be in a similar stated of disrepair like his shattered self, albeit slightly more damaged. the fact he is missing his head is telling enough and I haven't even went on to say that they must have HAD to fix the others for it to be the case.

If I had to guess it seems like Steel Wool & Scott are trying to say the Carnival and Fredbear’s singing show are a location before Fredbear’s Family Diner. I’m spitballing though if I had to guess we’re going to see something in that direction at some point in the FNAF lore timeline.

consider, the prototype is a separate freddy, that got lost and taken out by the blob the staff would have to build an entirely new freddy, because they would have no idea where the prototype is and while freddy does remember going underground once, he comments that it was not him, likely his program struggling to understand the divide between his memories, and the prototype's memories on his server this would explain the prototype's missing head and damage consistent with being torn apart, like bonnie further, the mask can't see the prototype, suggesting it was never connected to the network, and why would a prototype be connected to the network? but freddy likely was connected to the network, he would have to be in some capacity to speak through the watch

I like to think the burntrap ending is canon. all 3 glamrocks are missing their parts plus the pizza simulator location is where you have to go. not to mention you could see the blob. in the Burntrap ending the blob grabs Burntrap and drags him away. I think Scott trolled everyone with a fakeout ending. the prototype Freddy and Princess quest easter eggs were used to think that the ending was canon.

I feel like I should clear this up for anyone who reads the comments. The good Vanny ending is the canon one. Base game: Freddy's body is wrecked in Fazer Blast. Ruin: Freddy's body is wrecked in Fazer Blast *BUT* his head is missing. It's because after freeing Vanny from Glitchtrap's curse, they take Freddy's head and leave. And Bonnie isn't in a bunch of pieces because Vanessa didn't have the chance to get his parts to revive Afton, which is also the reason why it's just Glitchtrap instead of Burntrap. Gregory says he has a friend, but he doesn't say who. But it's obviously Vanessa. I think that's all my evidence. James, I dunno.

eh, the mask can see anything that has been connected to the network recently, including severely damaged or destroyed machines, animatronics, and bots the mask is unable to see the prototype so either freddy never connected to the network [not likely] or the prototype was an earlier version of freddy that got lost and destroyed before the network was fully set up, and the freddy in base game is a replacement they were forced to build because they had no idea where the prototype was

Let me back up the prototype. The prototype has a slightly different shade of color, almost yellowish. he has a different color present inside of his stomach hatch, and he has sharper claws than the endos you see. I used some images to compare by the way.

My theory is the glitchy rabbit that chases Cassie is Bonnie in digital form.

The glitchy rabbit is a security program called MXES which is presumably made by Vanessa with help from Gregory.

@@GrandDiJay I like Rexter's theory that the M.X.E.S. entity actually existed before Gregory and Vanessa and was made by Cassie's dad since she keeps talking about Bonnie being his favorite. Then he and other employee's were lured to a meeting where cake was promised and were killed off by Vanessa as Vanny. I think the security was shut down once Vanny took over but was brought back online once Vanessa was free again in the Princess Quest ending.

My theory is wild but I think it fits. Buckle up. Ok so do you remember when we see the actual princess quest arcade machine? If you go into glitch mode there’s a sword stabbed into it. The princesses sword. Meaning the princess has slain the quest. Who could possibly be associated with princess quest? Vanessa! But hear me out. Not vanny. If you think about it princess quest was not about vanny at all. It was Vanessa escaping control from glitch boy. Vanny was just a persona. A person. I different person. So putting on the vanni mask isn’t literally making you a different person but it’s letting you see through another person’s eyes. Vanessa’s eyes when she’s possessed. That’s why princess quest is broken. She’s not wearing the mask meaning she’s not trapped meaning she’s alive! Vanni was her killer condition implanted into the mask. Unable to hold it forever so it was giving to the first person who came near it. CASSIE. It’s literally a virus. Being passed via mask… kinda like the whole Covid thing.

I think in the ending where Gregory made Cassie fall instead of her dying Roxy found her and took her instead of the mimic finding her

Uh the prototype freddy actually has some design differences outside of prototype marking his arm spike wrist things have longer spikes and the lightning bolt on his torso is thicker

How come Bonny can’t survive an injury in his head and torso when freddy can survive his head being torn off and Monty having no shell or legs

fazbear entertainment probably just painted over the prototype thing on freddys foot

The breadbear ending is actually just under the cutout showen by horrorscoped or fusionzgamer

Ik this sounds crazy but what if there’s two mimic’s, and one pretending to be Freddy, then the two fight, one became the prototype, and one became the endo, it would be reasonable that the prototype one’s head got ripped of and the chest right? Plus the prototype could just be the first design of Freddy then unused for the actual Freddy, so one of them just takes it (because the kids seemed to like Glamrock Freddy so they just wanted to be him?) it all sounds nonsense but just yeah

Freddy’s hands are upgraded and you can make Freddy friendly again

I know roxy is still alive just after the huge crash after the fight with the mimic not many people know this but Roxy says I- I lost after that crash then the mimic starts chasing you and I do think it is Roxy saying Cassie down the elevator after it crashed

the prototype freddy isnt the same as from security breach we know that because in the true ending gregory and freddy escape the fire and burntrap gets trapped by the blob so i have a theory that burn trap is the mimic

The headless Freddy makes no sense, it would have to be another model because Freddy was on limited power, so how would the animatronic function without any power?

As long as the animatronic was offline, then reactivated in that instant, it could have had just enough power for one last runaround. Also helps that it doesn't have to worry about powering a superprocessor with ai (the head).

Ya know, this might be a bit of an odd speculation but in base game Vanny/Vanessa threatens Freddy with being replaced. The "Prototype" text on the foot of the model makes me think that this monster Freddy that we see is essentially not the base body of Freddy but rather the first attempt... just a guess though I admit. Though at the same time I'm pretty sure that the *base game* original plans were for Freddy to be upgraded with Monty's legs instead of his hands, that and there was content that hinted more towards Freddy being turned against us in the original planned ending.... I think the monster Freddy in Ruin is heavily inspired by these things but I don't believe it's the same Glamrock Freddy that we helped upgrade Also since the elevator ending has a slight change in Gregory's voice... I"m going to assume that Gregory was being impersonated again in that ending. That he wouldn't betray his friend Cassie or try to hurt her like that, but I"m also of the opinion that the Scooper ending kinda solves this issue and perhaps... a little too cleanly takes care of the Mimic.... who we may not have seen the last of...

i got a theory i think ruin glamrock freddy is the real freddy i think that something knocked off his head and his head is not controled but his body is because the real glamrock freddy wont do that but guess what when i played the other security breach thats were he fail in the first security breach and gregory not controled venessa is also not controled by glitchtrap but how also vanessa probably took his head

They fixed Bonnie's voice lines. Eclipse's lines were a mistake.
