Full send Jordan! 👊🏻
I 100% agree with trails being more fun the narrower they are. Imagine if they went back and rototilled 2 or 3 feet (1 meter), then planted grass seed, or whatever other native ground vegetation, on each side of the mega wide main trails like aline, dirt merchant, etc. You would still be going the same speed, but the sensation of speed would be way higher, and it would still be plenty wide. And the original width would still physically be there if you got squirrelly and ran wide, it would be like the shoulder on a highway. I also had a thought about turning some of the super wide berms into 2 lanes, one mellow for slower riders, and the other vertical for high speed ripping. That would be quite a bit of work to make it safe though, I think one lane would need to be elevated so riders in both could see each other clearly.

those trails are wide so the machines can have access for maintenance. All the jump trails get completely pounded and machine work is the only way to fix them. Single track causes a more defined ride line which only accelerates wear. Plus maintaining drainage is not very easy if you have veg everywhere. Im a builder in the CA and whistler has some extremely talented builders, regardless of what some of the jaded locals may think haha
I used to work for Seismic Hubs with my buddy Dax Downey. Great to see the hubs in use still. Dax is a bikeshop owner in Chico Ca Greenline Cycles. Great vids bud.
Sick video! Your content gas inspired me to get into videography and photography of mountain bikes and more. Your footage looks great and I learn a lit from it. Stay steezy 🤙
Got a set of WeAreOne's built up by IMBY a few weeks back. Tension feels bang on and the wheels have been amazing so far.
Looks sick! Always good videos from you Jordan! ❤
@vancan is really taking this whole "Grimace's Birthday Party" thing to a whole new level
Wow this was worth the The wait i’m sad the Maiden has gone full 27.5 they look sick Plus Dmytro Collabs yes please 24 vs 26 monsters epic comparison
I really appreciate the trail names on screen. Excellent video. Sweet riding!
My first time leaving Ireland for an MTB trip is coming up this month, and im headed to Whistler for Crankworx. It would be the cherry ontop to see you there Jordan!
always a good day when jordan posts!!!
increibles rides. Big fan!!!!! Love this place

I did the same thing when creekside opened and tried to bag lots of the trails. Cased the shit out of everything on insomnia and thought it was just me, but turns out everyone was struggling! Fun to have a bigger range of trails.
I’m not discounting that shops abilities, but I do want to say something. An experienced mechanic can build just as strong a wheel without all the super fancy tools that this shop uses. There are many ways to detention spokes and make sure they fit the flanges perfectly, a press isn’t required. Anyways, if you’re looking to get strong wheels built you don’t need to stress about finding a shop with all those tools, a shop with a very experienced mechanic will do well too!
Dude absolutely sick, can't wait for the community to know about this.
I have those rims laced to pro4’s, they are great
"Oh wow" Jordan says casually, after landing some absurd jump that scares the hell out of me just watching it on a screen.
Absolute best MTB youruber around keep it up brother

love the loam in the bikepark

I wish more youtubers would advertise like you did with IMBY in this video. it's a lot more organic and doesn't feel like you're taking me outside of the video into a commercial but instead just another part of the video.

Rad video. Nice and long ✌️🤘. Nic is really trying to be a purple people eater or something. Purple onsie and purple bike? Looks pretty neat though
Really had to make sure he recognized that part
Also where did you get those spokes? They look sick I need them!

vid posted 36 sec ago damn! great video per usual

The trail at 12:00 i think i could ride although ive never been on any park trails at all ive only ridden bmx around the house and in the woods as a kid I used bmx bc thats what i had but based off what i normally do i think i could ride it
i LOVE your bike
Insomnia reminds me a lot of the trails at the bike park I go to. All the lips are really tall and steep. It’s as if a slopestyle rider attempted to design dh trails.😂
i got my bike from imby, there so helpful
The timing of that crash with 'I recognize this' was hilariously ironic, glad you're ok
Nice, hopefully I can hit some of these when I'm there in August. Now that bike park season is upon is, the next question is of course. Now that you've gone to a bigger frame size on your enduro bike, can your new patrol do X-ups?

First for Jordan!
I'm looking forward to the new trail in memory of Steve chainsaw smith
collab with dimitro he seems like a cool dude
You have my dream bike!😵
That whip at 19:06 was insane
You should go and give di plow a re build has been a while and check on drop from last build vid there
you tyre of ride in my style, i just bought a marin alpine trail 7 and i dont know what maxxis tyre to put on there, what do you recommed and should i change from a air shock to a coil
I’m pretty damn grateful that the jump lines are the most crowded. I prefer tech downhill with less jumps, and there’s always less riders on those :)
broke both my arms on some jumps a couple months back, which fully messed up my trip to Whistler up, never been more sad in my life after seeing this video.
Toujours nice tes vidéos! Par simple courtoisie, les 2 gars auraient du se tasser. C'est comme ceux qui roulent à 100km/h sur la voie de gauche. 😂
Hey Jordan, what do you use to show the trail name in the bottom left?
Any tips to get better I started about 3 week’s ago (I did ride mountainbikes and small trails like 4-5 years ago) but I’m getting back into it but I really feel like my turns are slow as heck and I brake like crazy any tips?
Can I please ask what brand of bars are those that you ride?
Yo we have the same hubs just mine are orange!
Great video!! Are they gonna open 1199?

Where did Dimitra find those Arrow Racing Wide Bites??? 😎
What are you using to chin mount your GoPro?
you gotta buy a dirtbike. you would be sick riding those big tracks.
Bro said unfortunately it rained the night before. Mind you, Half of Canada is on fire
Think my stock stumpjumper alloy could handle these?
hiya dude, why does your bike creak so much as it goes compresses?
What mudguard do you have?
Personally I notice absolutely no difference between 26 and 27.5 wheels. But you definitely notice when you go to 29.

I see you ride the RF Atlas 35 bars…and I know they come in 820mm. I’m thinking of purchasing them, have you cut them down at all since they’re 820 and that’s pretty wide, or kept them the same length?

@@JordanBoostmaster oh alright, thanks for the response man!
It went together easily in less than an hour. kzread.infoUgkxHL1v1R3NE5x4KiYfyt8dnQmyNYz7qi5L Make sure the front fork is forward or the pedals will hit the front tire. Tires are both a little soft so it needs air before I ride it. The rear wheel didn't come with a clamp regular bolts hold it on. The front had the clamp. No scratches out of box. Rims are a little off with a slight wobble. They could have spent more time with the spoke tool fixing the run out. So far out of the box I'm happy with it. I did replace the pedals with a nice aftermarket set. After riding it a bit my A$$ is a bit sore so I ordered another seat. Overall I'm nearly 60 and didn't ride a bike in 30 years. I like my new 29" Schwinn. It will be used for casual rides with my friend.
Eventually you’ll be riding 29.5 😂
NF man lookin like grimace
Insomnia is so goofy I overshot the first jump and the big hip almost to flat while going trail speed
