Hi Roger thanks for sharing. Not long ago i used xp and 32 bit computer mainly for mach3 .now i use the cheap red pcb with eagle logo. Around 15 dollar It works great with mach3 on any computer 32 or 64 bit Only pwm or laser start needs a work around but there are a lot of solutions for this available on the web. Keep up the good work

Assuming people need this for an old version of Mach 3. Perhaps a longer term solution is LinuxCnc. :).

Good question, been using this method for a few months, but it didn't work this morning, I will try it again when it gets stuck in the activation again, maybe the internal clock isn't working.

Computer will erase all your files and then explode from inside if you use this command too much.

Been using it for a few months, but didn't work this morning, I usually run it before it hits the activation block. Maybe I messed up the internal clock, gonna wait and try again in a few days.

source yourself a volume licence edition, no need for an activation server

As I have done it it has just given me a error

but you must have product key to install

F8 command does not work on my computer.

Nope when I press F8 I get SATA:PM - Hitachi and below that CDROM:SM whatever so no safe mode anywhere

press F8 too early goes into boot mode restart press F8 as the window logo starts worked for me

I like this method, simple and quick fix, I've heard there is a crack program available, but I can't find a link to it. I actually have both legit CD and CD key, it's stupid they also forced to activate online, I'm sure there's no support for that anymore.

If your system is connected to any form of network there is never a good reason to use XP. It's unsafe.

Hahahaha nice joke, pal. Windows XP is one of the most stable systems known. Windows 10 is actually a spyware, it is on the EULA.
