Got my lights in and it took me roughly an hour to do the job. Insights: 1: Take your time in getting grille off and putting it back on the tabs are fragile. 2. Take your time the fuse box is a beast to deal with. 3. Pay attention when taking out your headlights and installing them the tabs have metal clips they will not be nice to your paint, again pay attention. 4. Use dielectric grease on your plugs 5. Ensure you route your wires away from anything moving or hot I used wire loom to protect wires. 6. Take your time.

9:58 The fuse cover is too shallow to snap back in place on the 2020. There is nothing you can do to make it close, you will just break the tabs. I jammed a foam block in there to hold it closed for now. The rest of installation is pretty simple. My truck was built on a Wednesday, just barely fit socket in. Monday trucks, I feel for you, it's going to be awhile.

My truck must’ve been built on a Monday it was near impossible to get those bolts out, had to lower the bumper 😂 I had issues trying to shut the fuse panel too

My 2020 is fuse panel cover is shallow as well. Anyone know if other years provide more room to securely close?

@@FatFendered39 They do not mention the part about the fuse box not being designed to run an external wire thru. Gee, I wonder how they missed that part of it. Their video skips right over that.
I wish you guys still sold the gen 1 style xb headlights for 2019 f250. i do not like the gen 2 drls. looks good on newer models but I want mine to look stock with the drls...
I have a 2024 Ford Super Duty F-350 XL with Halogen headlights. I would like to upgrade to Projector headlights, and the rears to LED taillights. Do you have an upgrade kit for my truck?

We have upgraded bulbs, but if you're looking for full units you may have to wait a few months! Morimoto is working on 23+ products now.

Any idea why the fuse tap needs to go to #16? I would feel better not using : Powertrain control module. Transmission control module.

My tech said use fuse #35 “power point 2’ and not #16. Also you will have to notch fuse box to avoid crushing the DRL wire.
I think these headlights are awesome, wondering what you have to offer or what would match best to replace the ugly under powered halogen bulb regular fog lights?

They won't and at this time we don't foresee them working with them unfortunately.

I think I’m going to us the extra low beam plug to wire up an extra set of fog lights or something. Can the day time running lights we wired to a switch. Or they just turn on whenever you start your truck?

How does the Morimoto brightness compare to the OEM LED brightness? Also, the Morimoto high beams are only like 18% brighter than the Morimoto low beams. Is there any way to adjust the high beams to be like 30% - 40% brighter? Also, every aftermarket headlight assembly I've ever purchased and installed were pieces of crap compared to OEM lights. How do these stack up quality-wise after 6 months or so?

These are much brighter than the OEM LED lights. The high beam doesn't necessarily need to have a huge increase in output, it has more to do with where that light is placed. So it gets a bit brighter but you get much more light above that low beam cutoff resulting in a really bright high beam that throws super far down the road! These lights are OEM quality. We have sets that have been on the road for years now and are still holding up beautifully!

I have a twin brother who has the same truck. The factory LED's on his truck were brighter than mine with the morimoto
ATTENTION: You FAILED TO MENTION the Morimoto XB's DO NOT work on Ford 2021 F250 SuperDuty with factory LED lights! It cost me $180 to figure this out!
How do the high beams work? When there is not a plug for it on the new head lights

Are you able to adjust the low beam pattern? If so do all 4 lights adjust together? Is there an adjustment bolt?

Yes, you can adjust the low beams, but the high beams will also adjust with the low beams.

@@N0M4D_22 I bet your truck is originally from Canada like mine. If it's not, check your settings on your cluster. There should be a setting for Daylight driving , just turn it off. Otherwise you have to get a cable and use forscan to reprogram it yourself. It's not that hard.
The fuse box needs to be trimmed on a 22, unless you planning to choke the cable?

Wire direct to Brown wire bundled with the upfitter switches. Use a 14 AWG with in-line 10AMP fuse. Don't leave your fuse box exposed to elements. See Video by Old Soul Millennial on the topic. That's the way I wired it.
What u call an real drl is actually a drl and parking light combined that's the reason why it dims to half brightness

You will retain the OEM auto high beam function!
Is it normal for the sequential turn signal to work normally and then randomly flash solid once and then continue sequential? Mine does that.

Hello, I have a 2020 superduty with halogen headlights, do I need to do anything else like go into the computer to get these working. I was told by my dealer It’s impossible to go from halogen headlights to the new HID headlights, the wireing is all different and it’s set up different in the computer, would I need to get into the Forscan on a laptop to change anything? I don’t want to drop $2,000 dollars and then find out I need to do other things , please respond

OEM is 1100 when ordering a truck. I just ordered a f250 and that was the upgrade price includes rear taillights as well
