When I played the original metro I was quite young the atmosphere scared the shit out of me .

The scariest one for me was the sentient ball of lighting. The other creatures are tangible and killable. You can’t shoot and kill lightning though.

@@canadiancanucklehead8310 Artyom get the most attention by all crew members except from colonel miller, I feel like he is always mad no matter how many times artyom save people, and about his character i think because he never talk which people get less attached to, in the dlc when u play as sam he always talk and interact with people and curse when he gets hurt or comment on things but artyom is just mute the whole game only moments he talk is on the loading screen.

He knows how to swim (as long as you are not in combat or dropped too far from the shore as in like few dozen metres, he will swim back and go back), but he is carrying shit ton of gear and there is so many creatures in those water that it's best not to try anything without the boat :)

I played metro exodus before 2033 and that part was such an emotional roller coaster cuz I got the bad ending and so artyom was injured and limping around basically and what made it worse is that after the moles and worms I had BARELY any ammo left which made the situation even more desperate and the fact that I could MAYBE kill only one and the rest I didn’t have the ammo for was scary metro exodus was one of the best games I’ve ever played

The first one triggered my biggest fear ; swimming with knowing there's something bigger under me.

Metro games are amazing. The feeling of dread and anxiety when you’re being chased. Same feeling with alien isolation

I prefer the first two metro games, but Exodus did a great job of improving how violent and dangerous the mutants can be. As someone who is afraid of water, completing the Volga and last metro tunnel mission was fucking terrifying.

the funny thing is that Stalker (the creators of Metro) came out much earlier than Fallout 3 as a post apocalyptic FPS RPG with an open world, but at the same time the stalker himself was inspired by the very first 2d fallout

You'd think he wouldn't go in the water after the first time

(Late comment, I know) Tips for anyone having trouble with the bear, in my experience, I found the Kalsh with molotovs to be very effective against the bear. Also, in the large bandit camp just before the church, there is a Valve with the semi auto/high cap mags upgrade in one of the houses.

I slept on this game thinking it wouldn't be as good as the first 2 because there was very little buzz about it. But it's probably my favourite of the series. So underrated.

The Stalkers or (Librarians) from Metro Last light are the most terrifying this series has ever come up with. I'm pretty sure that's why they didnt put them into Exodus because they were genuinely horrifying even more so then the spiders.

I just got this game for like 60% off. I've never played a metro game before and had no idea what to expect. So far I'm both terrified of and extremely impressed with this game.

what i loved about metro exodus was that it had more scarse ammo but you never felt that it was unfair

abundance is the dullest desire this one requires you to buy a newspaper available starting in chapter 1 and unlock the ability for you to have infinite ammo and this includes all of the ammo types as well as all of the consumable things like throwable dynamite or fire bottles and you can go crazy with this once you get maximum explosive ammo shooting birds out of the sky is actually a lot of fun

I have every Stalker game made and the first two Metro games all played through at least 2 or 3 times, so I was eagerly anticipating this one because I had read that some original members of the Stalker game team were behind it and it looked Stunning. I decided to wait until Steam reacquired it and put it on sale. Worth the wait, but as this video shows in excellent detail, this game is not for the weak!! I will have to focus all the strategies, experience and the abilities I possess as a long time gamer to thoroughly Devour this incredible scary *ss game. Yum!:):):)

I always just set the metro games to Russia voices with English subtitles lol. Makes it feel more immersive

I've never heard of this game, but now I want to play it

Those mutated gorillas had me all sorts of terrified

The best mutant here is .... Artyom Take multiple gun shots,can fall from high heights,poisoned by serpents ,got bite like 50 time per hour of game play,can kill everything. That bear doesn't stand a chance .
