@@extremistgarchomp4950 The quirk is able to change the body depending on how much of the % they are taking. All Might was trained to take 100% while Izuku was trained to simply take the quirk. As we can see in the dub/sub, the more muscles a person has, the easier to use the quirk. It also reduces injury to the limbs. Most like it disperses the recoil into the muclse mass. Which explains why Izuku broke his arms and *other parts in the beginning of his training. Based on the changes, One for All is confirmed to be a changing class; being a transformation for All Might but a emitter quirk for Izuku. *: I won't say what specifically to avoid spoilers in fighting style.

The dub isn't bad ive seen worse. Tbh the only thing I don't like a lot about the dub is Izuku's voice. Its good but they could have gone alittle deeper. And that line is actually in my opinion better then the Japanese one. It just shows how much of a dork toshi can be.

Honestly, I didn’t realize at first how sweet and wholesome All Might was. For a while, he just seemed to be a big muscle dude that yelled a lot and gave Izuku his power. But after he lost his powers and became just a regular guy, that dad personality really began to shine through. With his powers gone, Toshinori must have felt more useless than ever. Since he couldn’t be Big Muscle Dad Who Protects Everyone, his desire to protect everyone began to manifest in the little ways he tried to be a father for Izuku. Making him lunches, guiding him, writing letters to his mentor, promising his mother to die for him. Dude is such a good Dad, powers or not. But I like his quirkless dad personality better. Quirkless Toshinori’s desperation to be helpful shines through more than it ever could as All Might.

All might and toshinori are two completely different people and I love it.
