The 3rd game's intro is such a GOAT til eternity.

I don't understand why they didn't give Megaman 3 an intro cutscene like in 2 and 4

The game is infamous for being rushed and partially unfinished (Check out TCRF for info about all the unused content left in the game), so this is probably the reason why the developers weren't able to make a proper opening

@@nwcr_ I sometimes asked myself about the intro of MM3. It can be like you wrote that it should be like that.

With the story 3 had it really needed an intro lol, yet mega man 2 which is pretty self explanatory got one.

There is a rom hack that gives it one

man what a HUGE leap from Megaman to Megaman 2. on Megaman 3 they pushed it even further. my personal fav is megaman 4.

The design of the intro might suggest that it was also developed for the SNES.

I was expecting to see Mega Man 11... I forget it's too recent sometimes.

La intro de mega man 3 siento que debió tener cinemática para que almenos la parte donde la canción s expone mejor sea acompañada con el titulo Y no como en la versión final donde el comienzo de la canción es relajante y Pacífico con el título del juego

I like the mega man 8 intro

From part 3 to 6, the intros get more somber. With part 2 having the most melancholy ending.

Are Megaman 9 & 10 the last two games for the NES?

Nah, it was 6. 9 and 10 simply did it in the old 8 bit style as a throwback to the past megaman games.
