They seem to like combining black with purple

I know this may ruffle feathers but I only wanted to see DRG (my main) and it’s not bad imo. Not the best but I don’t do whole-set glams anyway. I want something I can mix and match with older sets and I feel like I can do that with the DRG pieces pretty well. My issue with some of the old glam is that it is a pain to get matching shading with some of the gear. Hopefully this won’t have that issue and if not I’m golden.

I think a lot of these look good in the example picture but in game the colors become desaturated and muddy. but it could just be the lighting they chose

As I assume this was done via mods or some such within the benchmark, it is possible job stances don't strictly apply to the weapon you're holding. Since WHM and BLM both use staffs, it could just default to a single stance for the same weapon "type".

They do this sometimes for the purpose of showing off gear better. I remember an Endwalker one where one of the characters was using a female class idle despite being male.

Like every expansion, Red Mage is still fly as hell.

Red always works in games

DRG, WHM and SMN have got to be my top three from showcase so far.

Warrior axe is nice. Unsure about the bard weapon.

I love the GNB coat. Has real biker energy.

Samurai, Ninja and Machinist are all excellent, I like the Viper armour just because of the hood alone, the rest are OK to bland, none are actively bad but I preferred EW armours (except the first 3)

Some of the best af gear they’ve ever made.

I'll be honest, the Paladin set is probably the best one we've ever gotten in my opinion. It just looks like it combines all the best elements from all the previous sets

I kinda wish Red Mage's coat was for Machinist personally, since it resembles a duster coat to me. Honestly, I just hope we get actual new armor from dungeons this expansion. Endwalker was a huge letdown with the amount of recolors. I think we only got maybe four new dungeon sets in Endwalker which is honestly depressing to think about. I'm hopeful for a cowboy themed set at least. Maybe duster coats or a jacket with a tattered cloak wrapped around the collar

Like it, that BLM is not again long robes. But im not sure, if i like the design itself. It looks more like the clothes of a traveler And i dislike it, that the clovbes are again tatoos

Meh, I don't know. That Illuminati eye on the chest piece of the pld armor makes me not want to wear it. And that bard weapon looks like something you'd find in Tera as a cash item before it shut down.

This is the 4th video I’ve watched, Why is every artifact gear showcase video either using characters who can’t wear head gear or just not wearing it if they are using a character who can. seriously I just want to see the headgear on a 3D model and not a 2D image…

Not an unpopular opinion. It's actually a stupid take but that's fine. Every set for the jobs are supposed to look sameish because they have a theme to match the class dawg.

Personally, the only sets that felt lvl100 worthy was RPR and VPR, the rest just feel bland. Like, most of them are cool, all are nice, but aren't "wow" worthy imo. Also, can SCH PLEASE get one gear set that isn't just awful looking?? 😂😭

If you're not a Sam, monk, reaper or warrior player prepare to be disappointed

With all do respect these are ugly…why are we revisiting old designs? My issue is they used the old designs and made them look bad ☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️

I hate to be that person but these are so painfully mid. They do not look bad by any means but I feel like most of them differ so little from their counterpart from earlier expansions like Dark Knight, Paladin, White Mage ... Keeping their core characteristica is one thing but being able to make a "search the difference meme" with them is the other thing. The only ones that are really good in my eyes are Summoner and Dragoon but even Dragoon suffers from the way too samey thing. Monk is decent and Black Mage would get a pass from me if it wasn't for the tattoos on the hands. Why do they keep doing this? Just give us tattoos as standalone if you want them so badly ingame. Modders will fix this but still...

Strongly disagree, especially about pld. did you see lego-blocks from arr or fashion disaster hw? Most of glams pretty different except rdm and mrd. Dunno about healers, don't play them I think this illusion of sameness come mostly from identical colour palette
