ALL-IN IN A $900 POT!!! 1/3 NLH at Encore Boston Harbor | Poker Vlog Episode 2

Welcome to VLOG 2! I won't be able to record at Encore anymore. I'll try to go to other rooms and upload more regularly, and if I get enough views or subs, I'll consider traveling further for content.
Thanks for watching! 😊

Nice session! Not surprised recording is prohibited there but it's probably for your bankroll's best interest. Boston Encore is a extremely tough place to grind out 1/3 as you'd probably need a aroundt 100k views just to overcome it's industry leading $10 rake

Gave you a sub. Good luck on your journey!!! ❤ One thing I just noticed, please don't show your opponents your cards after they muck; it gives them a ton of free information. Thanks.

Why are you playing 1/3 at the casino if you're grinding 6 tables of 2/5 online?!!🤨

@@CardsAreFun711playing 6max rush poker, even a 1bb/100 winning player would be making $60/hr 6tabling. This guy seems like a thoughtful player, but i feel like this would be an incredible win rate for even the softest 1/3 games in the country. It’s more likely that he’s just doing it while he experiments with the content. Anyway, I subbed. Would be really interesting to see a winning 500 rush player play some mid stakes live.

In general, that is good advice. There are exceptions, though most of them work best in a place where nobody knows you, and you're not going to become a regular. By choosing what to show them, you can manipulate their image of your play, including that by showing you are not totally making all of your decisions to maximize your EV. If showing is always "wrong" and you sometimes show, they may think you do other things "wrong" also, even if you don't. Another way to look at it, is that if everyone at the table shows 20% of the time in that spot, then if you show 15% of the time, you are the only player with an edge due to how often you show. If you show 0% of the time, maybe they notice and all stop showing, and you lose that edge. Never say never. Even on something Mike Sexton, who I respected greatly, said to never do. Things like selectively showing to manipulate your image, or giving false tells vs not, are personal decisions where the EV being +EV vs -EV is debatable and dependent upon the thought and skill you put into using them, not using them, randomizing using them, or picking spots to use them. If you're not playing against computers, don't rule out doing stuff that would be stupid against a computer.
