Those older MH games were easier to develop for, though, and due to Nintendo hardware easily had shorter dev times. Also, Zinogre, wolf wyvern... totally a lion.

Tigrex, khezu and zinogre with new good monster would be fine for me, but probably they will add blangonga too.

Oh spearing a massive Sea Dragon with a dragonator harpoon pulling it's head on to the commissions ship and bashing it's face until it's a limp gooiy corpse husk from all the carvings it is subjected to after the fight. But a sea story with under water combat story expansion would be epic.

monster hunter 1 had like 17 monsters. monster hunter 3 had 18. its really not a big deal. people are just used to the 3ds games having tons of monsters because of reused assets. but every two generations theres a big rehaul of the series, and starting them out they always have less monsters, because they're rebuilding the games from the ground up. i was actually surprised we even had that many to start with in world. so dont mind it too much when some veterans start flaunting about monster numbers, its always been like this.

Triceratops Horridus1021 sorry, you don’t make the rules. Dr. Diggins doesn’t need to fight these monsters, he’ll just wait until they all go extinct and dig them up. These monsters are literally that easy to beat.

Your comparing MH games with ultimate versions to MHW, when World hasn’t even gotten its ultimate version (which is Iceborne) yet. This comparison doesn’t exactly make sense, but whatever, all MH veterans think the same.
