With all due respect.. 1. 30 Beverly Park is listed at 80 mill not 10 (Stallone's mansion) 2. 34 is currently at 27 million 3. 40 was sold in 2018 for 32 million now worth 40 million 4. 67 is the most expensive one listed at 160 mill but eventually sold for 51 5. 71 Wahlberg's estate is estimated to be worth 100 million in 2021 not 50. 6. Eddie Murphy's 19 beverly park way is valued at 40.. And like a few others.. Like half of it are not accurate.. But maybe because of inflation etc. 👍👍👍

Considering Villa Firenze sold for $51 million no way Wahlbergs is worth $100 million. Also people don’t ever mention that Denzel’s at 41 and Eddie’s at 19 are both about 40,000 sq ft!! That’s insane.

Lol... These 10, 12, 15 and 20m dollar homes you're highlighting, Until they hit the market again, you can never know their actual price... And trust me, those aren't their prices... Not even close.

Beverly Park is nice but the prices for those homes are ridiculous. I would rather live In Newport Coast and get two mansions for the price of one with the view of the ocean.

Newport Coast is awesome better than Malibu, Laguna etc. It's my 2nd fav.. My fav is Hidden Hills 😁

Many ppl say exactly what you have just stated. Not to mention the crime stats are crazy in LA right now. But yes OC is deff. The place for me too! Very beautiful community in LA. Some of the biggest homes and there nice yes. But to much crime one you leave the armed guarded gated community. OC is much more accurate for me too and the ocean is a beautiful thing to look at!
