2 potatoes.
Grater.
It will be really tasty and aromatic!
1 egg.
Salt, black pepper.
1/8 teaspoon baking powder.
Wishing you a day full of love, happiness, and success.
1/2 tablespoon ghee or butter.
Pour the potato-egg mixture into the pan.
Fry on medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
Add cheddar cheese.
A handful of spinach.
Add more cheese.
Fold in half.
Sprinkle cheese on top (optional).
MMM delicious.
