Can we take a minute to appreciate how much STUFF is in this game? I'm a "new" player, coming back after release and the more I see, I become more and more overwhelmed. This game never did this to me before Edit: in a good way

I've been playing since beta day one and it's amazing how much they added and or adjusted!!!!

Build the stuffed bug/spider next to the boss encounters to rub for extra luck. You can also build the wall mount of each for extra damage.

@djwiggles666 yes the wall mounted trophy will give a dmg boost to each corresponding bug if you rub it.

I’m so embarrassed that I have walked by all of the skeletons and not noticed they were interactable…

I feel like there should be a upgrade with the mega molars to hold more then one trinket

@@Noxodawg actually no, thats the ominent badge that converts food to health. The billy hog trinket just straight up fills the hunger bar.

@@Jonrocks7 I think noxdawg was saying that they would only eat to heal since they have the hog trinket.

The javamatic storage room has bomb arrows, so you can just use them to get sticky fingers if you still have them.

I fought the mantis for the first time solo and got the trinket, then i went and fought the broodmother for the 5th or 6th time and got that trinket

The suspicious ice cap seems to always drop next to the chewed gum with the key

I tried to get the badge in the sandbox and it glitched, once i dug the body out it immediately disappeared. Is there a way to bring it back or retrieve the items somehow?

I've harvested so much food and candy and haven't been able to get any of the trinkets. There such a small amount of candies in the yard that a 1% chance is way to low of a drop rate.

youre gonna need the sticky gum trinket and beef up the dissection expert and rascal rogue mutation to 3/3 which will entail getting all of the statues which is only possible if you beat all of the Mix.R's

@@garrettmeyers4907 yeah all my mutations are maxed and I got sticky fingers. So far the only trinkets I got that drop from resources and enemies are the truffle tussle, larva one and I just got the fang from the infected wolf spider.

The salt trinket is easier than the others thanks to the antlion den salt mine. And to be honest the only candy trinkets that are worth it are salt & mint. Salt for fightin the mantis/wasp queen and mint for the infected broodmother.

what do i do if the biomedical one isn’t showing up for me, i tried before and it dug up but went back down and now it won’t even show the skeleton

Lv 1 rascal and sticky gum trinket I was able to get the Broodmother trinket at the beginning of the fight. On to the next boss.

Was there a trinket that allows weapon damage to be applied to your fist? Example you can use your fist with the blood sucking perk from mosquitoe sword

for the power droplet, you dont have to have the mutation to gain levels in weapon specific mutations, though it does take more than 200 kills cause not every weapon procs every time but i had a few of them unlock in tandem, so it might be on the second hit or something

on second hit it does all weapon damage in one hit, so dagger, sword, glub, spear, bow, axe etc

the shield solidifier does work with one handed weapons but not as well as a shield.

can you double up on the elemental damage though? Example: Coaltana using the spicy chacha shard trinket? I know the sour wormhole and fresh mint one works to add a different type of element, but can you add additonal of the same kind? Also they should update the fluffy dandelion tuft so that it works exactly like the everlasting coal torch. It should last a very long time but degrade eventually and to repair it, you use a regular dandelion tuft.

No, as of right now all weapons with built in elemental affinities can only be upgraded down the mighty path. Perhaps later on they’ll add the ability to double up on elements but I doubt they’ll ever allow us to have dual elements on a weapon

Yes you can, kinda. The candy trinkets do 15 additional elemental damage on every hit. So, for example if you are using the spicy chacha trinket with the coaltana it will do 15 more spicy damage to the enemy on every hit. Because of this the candy trinkets work best with fast weapons such as daggers.

Yes, it does stack. Having the Coaltana with the trinket will do even more spicy damage.

Yeah I found the dandelion one and didn't even realize until it was about 2/3 used up. Now I have it stored with all my trinkets in the drawer.

For the boss trinkets:Save the game before the fight,use sticky fingers+rascal rouge, get the 2 item drop and then load the game every time until the trinkets drop.

Crazy how u can get like 2 broodmother trinkets in 1 fight(1 from rascal roque and 1 from looting it)

It does work with the club. I've tested it. I've took significantly less damage with that equipped. Going against the Black Widow and the bosses.

For the trinkets from cookies, the hog, the apple all the food is there a set path you can take each day to go and check each spawn? i know where a couple are and ik the search finder exists in the labs i just wanna know if theres a vid out to simply things.....

Take whatever route you want. There would be no point in him showing his route because it would have a different start/end point depending on your base location.

Put rotten food on the scanner and then plan your route from you base!!

i got the fang trinket by useing the mutation and got it the 2nd time i hit it which is amazing

I don't know if it's a bug with the food one that heals you, but it eats through my food bar even though I'm at max health.

I have a question maybe you can help me. You know that ladybird gear has healing increased right? The affects for example healing while parry, healing with lifesteal (macuatln weapon) and the mutation that has chance to heal you (corporate kickback) Those heals would be increased if I use ladybird gear?

7:59 If you don't want to climb up there to get the arrows there is 3 bomb arrows in the javamatic storage room

"Fun" fact about the broodmother, she is based on the demon orb weaver spider.

I dug up the one in the sandbox but it disappeared after it came up so I couldn’t loot it

I got the dandelion tuft early in the game it lasts forever I love it

Is there anyway to locate trinkets after you found them because I lost my thors pendant 😢

Oh nooooo might have to play with a friend and duplicate it at the machine. I haven't heard of the main trinkets respawning. Or maybe go check out where you first found it. Also you can use a button in the settings to reset alllll lost backpacks to the starter spot on the briefcase in the crack!!! Try that first!!!!!

For me, the easiest way to get the speed droplet was to equip sticky fingers + rascal rogue, then go up to an aphid and save right in front of it. Then just kill it and reload until the it drops.

I was fighting the infected Broodmother for the first time yesterday and I still haven’t beaten it but I stole the trinket, I hadn’t even started thinking about trying to get it

I found one Trinket more at the Black widow by the Wasp Nest in one of the Nestsacks, it's a mimiture Black Widow that spawns Black Widow spiderlings like the mother Instinkt Mutation.

It's a current bug with the new update that is not fixed as of yet, I would say reload a save from before digging it if you have it in hopes of a patch

I got the IFB trinket in 5 trys

i got the infected brood mother trinket 3 times in a row lol

For some reason in my game the skeleton in the sandbox keeps disappearing after I dig it out ..just vanishes before I can even loot it

Then again the broodmother trinket is quite easy to get and has a higher drop rate than the other 3 bosses

I think we needed and update on active mutations like i feel 7 would be the new limit.

Yea it's a bug with the new update and is still not fixed, if you have it I would recommend reloading a save before you dug it up in hopes of getting it after a fix is implemented

I have several hundred hours in this game and have only ever found one dandelion tuft trinket

The trinket in the sandbox glitched in my game. I dug it up, tried to pick it up and it just like despawned like it's just gone 😢

Everlasting hogstopper completely removes the need to eat, and if you count Sarah's charm as 30, then it's 32 counting left and right elf. They ARE independent trinkets
