Oh it’s definitely a race thing in Green Lantern’s bio in this game he’s described as “one of the good ones” I feel like the whole reason they chose John Stewart is because the writers seem to to take issue with a Black Green Lantern seeing how Green Lanterns are essentially space cops I honestly feel like they were one step away from calling John an Uncle Tom and as a black man whose favorite green lantern is John Stewart his characterization and the way he’s treated in this game infuriates me

Because Superman tried to be reasonable with brainiac and convinced the league to negotiate with brainiac inside his ship instead of attacking him the second they saw the ship and they fell into trap, long story short Superman wanted to set an example to the world that not everything should be dealt with violence and it backfired on him and the league.

It’s kinda sad that the justice league has actually cool design and even the hall of justice looks grand and great But everything else around it just shits on it Almost like it was a different game

I think during development rocksteady wanted to do a Justice League game or spin off equivalent. Unfortunately WB is to greedy and wanted a SS game. The SS already has a tiny fanbase as it is. They just had to make a guardians of the galaxy knock off game. What’s even more ridiculous is that guardians of the galaxy game was absolute trash too. Was a huge flop. Can’t say this game is a flop yet cause the bonus story coming in. But I think us fans knew this game was gonna be underwhelming. But I kinda get what you mean. The visuals are awesome and the hall of justice is amazing. Unfortunately the story is just bad.

John Stewart hasn't had a good adaptation since Justice League: The Animated Series/Unlimited. Maybe people glossed over it just because we've had some 20 years to be used to John getting a bad rap. And it's frankly still not as bad as what Bruce and Barry got. Hell, the more I think about it- *_I'm actually starting to think Flash got it even worse than Batman!_*

One thing I’m still confused on. How come Green Lantern’s voice sounds like that but Batman, Superman, and Flash sound normal when under Brainiac’s control?

And the ironic thing is probably is that it looks like they could’ve made a pretty awesome JL game

One thing I think that would make this game better and the disrespect to the JL less is that they should have used a nemesis of each hero to take them down. For example thawne for flash, sinestro for lantern, doomsday for superman, and the best, Deathstroke for batman.

While I think that's a far better idea than Suicide Squad, I fear it might feel "repetitive" if not pulled off carefully. Sure, they can make the constructs and fighting styles differ from each Lantern, though visually, with all the green going around, it might be difficult to distinguish those difference upon game play 😅 I noticed it's very hard separating each Green Lantern member from one another, so they normally have only one (either Hal or John) in Justice League movies/games. Still! That's a neat idea. I think this game would have faired better if it was focused only on Wonder Woman; it could have challenged her love and respect for her friends, and truly put her to her limits. Not to mention, rather than a shooting game, it could have shown her Amazonian combat skills! Wonder Woman is popular right now, so I'm confused why they hadn't gone that route

😅This is a dumb suggestion, but for the Green Lathern boss fight, they could have done something else that'll be cool and made a bit more sense. There was a comic (I forgot the name, though) where Batman's contingency plan against GL involves containing a limited powered yellow lantern ring. So, the SS could've beaten him as yellow latherns (they can play as the same but with constructs) until their power runs out.

One thing that’s off to me is they couldn’t seem to decide on the voice change between normal and turned leaguers. Lantern is the only one who sounds different when he’s under control. This game is definitely the worst this decade has produced so far, and will definitely be one of the worst by 2030. Probably one of the worst games ever made imo.

Even if that wasn’t the case, I’m obviously not gonna count games that couldn’t even function properly or had server failures. I’m referring to games that actually made it to function. And this game is the worst you can get while still being able to play it.

John has 𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 been so condescending to criminals in any of the continuities he’s appeared in. It feels like the changed his character just to have the black cop-gangster dynamic. And no, I’m not talking about his brainwashed self. The way he talks to deadshot when taking him in is extremely weird. Normally John would mentally note, and talk to Batman about Floyd’s words.

Lots of things wrong with this game but people upset that the squad was actually able to kill the League feels silly. Stan Lee said it best “If I’m writing a story where The Thing is fighting Spider-Man, and millions of people are wondering who’s gonna win, the answer is whoever I want to win!” It’s the same reason Arkham Batman, a regular human, is able to beat dozens of meta humans in a single night. The writers of these stories start with who they wanna win and work backwards to explain that. All that said…damn that boss fight is lame

The Gameplay drags this game down in points by so much its irritating that this is what we got...

Nobody talks about how well they adapted the Justice League into the Arkhamverse? (I'm not referring to their deaths or that they are the villains). In this game Rocksteady showed that it can do more, they adapted Flash with his powers and personality, Green Lantern with creating things, Wonder Woman with her whip and sword, she also looks like a Greek warrior and the best thing is Superman (SUPERMAN) her story that He tells it through a hologram in the Hall of Justice, he uses his powers, and in a few scenes he had wow "since before several games he had were difficult but here they did it." I hope they make prequel games of them since it has a lot of potential 🙏💚😢
