I know the backstory for this Mario. Basically,Mario was searching in a forest or smth and came across a mushroom which he thought was Normal,but it contained something called Yoshi DNA turning him into an extremely mindless,hungry killer

One thing I appreciate about this mod is that none of the game over screens are simply cheap jumpscares where they immediately scare you and the sentence stops there (except for Mr Virtual but at least they give you a warning unlike some other mods I've seen). Focusing on high quality animations instead of cheap scares was definitely the right way to go for this mod. Plus the fact they're all unique is a really nice touch as well.

Even as a feral animal, he hasn't any interest in eating someone who hasn't any intention of hurting him. IN CONTRAST to MX, who fakes being affable to those he doesn't intend to target, and goes absolute apeshit on his targets, and he's a full-on villain.

I mean, the whole series called Power Star [ which is what No Hope is based on ] is sad imo. [[ Im going to spoiler it so if you dont like spoilers, do not read it. ]] Power Stars is about Mario being possesed by boos, resulting him to become a cold killer, having no mercy whatsoever, as he killed both Peach and Luigi. The only death animation I didn't like was Race Traitors. Feels like a joke screen made just to keep the mod from delaying any further. Day Out also seems unfinished, but at least it's an actual animation. It just needs music.

Some Game Over Screens kinda reminds me of Russian Bootleg Games’s Game Over Screens

Yikes these are brutal, especially the one where Goombrat BF gets his intestines ripped out and Pico’s head getting chomped off. Reminds me of Frostbite’s game over and I’m so down for it. Plus the other ones are really clever, my personal favorites being Piracy is No Party and GF fucking dying in a car crash

Nine in japanese is pronounced "kyuu" Its a number avoided in japanese hospitals and things like that Because it somewhat means "tortured" or death related things. So i suppose its because of that

So Cool: Chris Pratt explains his dream about becoming Mario. Nourishing Blood: Bf gets turned into a swedish fish. Mario Sing and Game Rhythm 9: Pikachu Bf randomly fall off the platform. Alone: Ghost Bf and Gf disappears. Oh God No: Mario gets burned alive except for Luigi. I Hate You: Bf falls and burns in lava. Thalassophobia: Bf seems to get either possessed or got his soul taken away. Apparition: Bf gets eaten by Wario head. Last Course: Bf gets brutally killed and eaten by turmoil Mario. Dark Forest: Screen gets glitched with pixelated messages and pictures of Princess Peach as you can see Bf? in the background. Bad Day: Mario jumps on Bf’s microphone and gets him blueballed. Day Out: Either you’re play as Bf or Luigi, Bf originally loses and drops his microphone and Luigi falls off screen. Dictator: Bf and Gf gets blown up by a giant bullet. Racetraitors: Crash! No Hope: Bf gets his head sliced off by a sword. Golden Land: Bf seems dead as GB Mario watches him. No Party: Bf gets behind bars with Gf and Pico. Paranoia: Disturbingly gets jumpscared and game crashes. Overdue: Mr.L bites Pico’s head off. Powerdown: MX crushes Bf. Demise: Bf falls and MX crushes Bf. Promotion: Mario seems faceless and floats as we hear “number 9” repeatedly.(Same with Abandoned I believe) The End: Wasn’t shown or just forgot to be added. The Wario chase looks a LOT better.

I love the Unbeatable game over screen music! I think it's funny that it says "You cannot beat us" on the screen. I also noticed that Mr. Sys says "We are Nintendo". Which hammers in that they beat you because they are Nintendo. ( 15:23 for reference )

9:19 is easily the coldest fucking kill I’ve ever seen in an Fnf mod. Just taking a moment for the reality to set in till Powerstar Mario just drops that line onto BF’s dead body after.
