You know what I find funny. Revie shortly before the controversy said he was worried people in the dev team were trying to set him up to be canceled so they could kick him out of the team, take over, and add all of their OCs into the mod and bloat it. And guess what happened? Hell, they even created Hog/Scorched as a clear replacement for Faker/EXE despite saying EXE wasn't very cool of an exe. Literally all of the scrapped characters except Sally, Hog, and OMW are just OCs the devs wanted into the mod. Revie instead wanted to focus the 3.0 update on general sonic creepypastas like Tails Doll and less focused on EXEs. He suggested a "misfits" mod for all of the OCs like Curse, Santanos, Chaotix, SL4SH, Demogri & Griatos, etc. But they wanted their OCs to be front and center when, in my opinion, having a separate mod would've been better because it meant they could still do all their ideas while keeping the general creepypasta Sonic shit relegated to the main mod. And if you don't believe me that Revie was framed for this exact reason, watch the most recent video on Large Lenny's channel where he shows screenshots of this. I'm just going to say this now, the devs killed the mod by adding in way too many characters, planning for way too many songs, and hiring on too many people which lead to a ton of leaks and in fighting. The devs are the reason this mod is canned

@@H4RTBROKKEN I mean, the only reason she did so was because of the amount of death threats and hate she was already receiving. She did try to defend herself but people just didn’t wanna hear it. So she kinda just admitted to it because there was no way she could’ve been able to defend herself against people who use twitter daily.

The songs and art for all of these characters are amazing, but I do wish that they stuck with more nostalgic characters in the sonic fandom. Instead of all of these new ocs that no one knows about, it would’ve fit better to go with someone like Nazo or Dark Sonic. It’s already a precedent that not all characters have to be an exe, since Fleetway and Majin make appearances in 2.0, which are not tied to any well known creepypastas, and are canon to the sonic franchise as well.

You talked about Sally.Exe's original self, but you DIDN'T talk about Sally_ALT. HER deal is that she comes from an alternate version of Mobius ruled by her and Sonic. At one point, the alternate Mobius lost a war with "Canon" Mobius leading to Sally_ALT killing her Sonic and stealing his powers, which included interdimensional travel, and eventually developing a hatred for EVERY SINGLE VERSION OF SONIC IN THE MULTIVERSE (Sonic.Exe and similiar entities included). She apparently also kidnapped Robotnik from the Archie Comic universe and forced him to work for her while she kidnapped and altered Mobians to repopulate, but eventually she abandoned him when he was fed up with her cruelty. Unlike with the original Sally.Exe, here it's not explained how Sally_ALT lost her eyes. Additional Note: Regarding Secret History Tails, in HIS eyes, Knuckles and Shadow aren't Sonic's friends. He believes HE'S the only one who's allowed to be Sonic's best friend, and anyone else who gets close to Sonic will threaten his position.

Fun Fact: Secret History Tails Actually has a Mod Called secret history Tails That You Can Play right now

The devs decided to add way too much stuff into the mod, they got burnt out too fast and pretty much everything they did got leaked. They should have worked on one thing at a time and if they had the energy to continue working they could of added more, I really hate to say this but imo I think it's the devs fault the mod got canceled. Too many things were planned and way too much stress was put on the whole team.

Actually, requital wasn’t obsessed with sonic, quite the opposite actually. he became sick and tired of being sonic’s punching bag (Constantly dying and respawning) and because of this, his fur became completely yellow, whatever used to be white is now coloured yellow, and even his eyes became thinner like someone carved two lines in his face for eyes, and while he was giving sonic a ride to the carnival zone, that’s pretty much when he snapped and caused sonic to fall off his plane and later splatted onto the ground, and the sight of sonic’s body all over the ground gave him nothing but pure joy and ecstasy, a rush of positive emotions. And because of this, he hid sonic’s body somewhere and collected his blood, so that he can return to the place where he stored it and would rub it on himself just to feel that rush again. But sometimes that’s not enough, so he will try to hunt down anyone that looks or acts just like sonic so he can kill and feel that rush once again. He also wears a scarf that resembles the ribbons seen in the sonic logo with the red and white stripe in the middle. Which is what he uses to hide his identity. And if he’s reminded too much of sonic, it could cause him to remember how many times he’s died and what sonic did to him, and he will transform into his beast form. He also will be convinced that you are sonic and he will kill you on sight in this form

There are a few things missing out on the vid: 1. They were going to add Skinwalker and Sonichu to the mod Skinwalker is self-explanatory, he’s a skinwalker, and Sonichu is a hybrid of Sonic and pikachu 2. Hogs backstory is that In a alternate Universe, Scorched (Hogs beast Form) is the OG version of sonic and what ended up happening was that Scorched Universed and Hogs universes collided and merged together, and now they both share a body. Then what happened is someone decided to mess with the disk they were in and the rest is history! Fun fact: Scorched Chromatic is ALL THE SONIC.EXE VOICES FROM THE MOD COMBINED IN ONE 3. You forgot Batman Sonic too, he’s also self-explanatory

secret history tails was all behind it, if you watch the original video by mashed. knuckles and shadow die from electronics, and considering tails is an engineer, of course he's the one who's to blame. edit: devoid is pretty awesome

Because FNF as a fandom is cursed with being primarily on Twitter, and someone WILL try to co-opt your characters for gay stuff - sometimes innocent and simply either gay themselves or they think it could go somewhere interesting, sometimes deliberate and demanding that it happen - without you having anything to do with it. A lot of modders have to now list character sexualities to fade the heat.

Curse’s backstory is incredibly lame and poorly thought out. Knuckles dying to rocks, which he can break and bury through with ease? Sonic being too slow to avoid a landslide? Tails bullying Sonic for apparently no reason? Others hating Sonic for no reason? And why would Eggman turn good and protect Sonic just because Sonic got hurt? It’s a character written to be pitiful in all the wrong ways and in the end is just used to pander woke nonsense and act as a self insert for the author.

I was actually expected faker to show up, but I don't mind that you don't mention him after all the drama that happened.

Okay, the idea of ​​depriving Sonic of his main feature in the form of speed, does sounds interesting, but otherwise, the story of "Curse" is extremely primitive and boring, plus doesn't fit with the canons of the original characters. Seriously, his whole backstory is a typical plots of every second fanfic.

For curse I'm confused. Sonics been through so much but his legs are broken from a fall and some rocks. Same with knuckles death, he also died to rocks when he could destroy rocks coming down to fall on em. Also the only characters that stay in character for said story are Sally, Sonic, and Eggman oddly enough. Also the voids story does kinds sound cool

Now that you mention it It is kinda confusin Sonic has been through alot mainly his legs since he runs at the speed of sound which would destroy any ones legs and destroys badnicks which are made of metal same with knuckles he punched things that are way stronger the rocks

I'm not gonna hold back, Curse has the worst backstory. Knuckles dies by rocks even tho he can destroy them by ease, Sonic caught into a landslide even tho he can outrun it, Tails, Sonic's best friend bullying and harassing him? That's out of Tails character. And there is no fucking way Dr. Eggman will retire on conquering the world because of his arch enemy is in a tough spot. I can't be the only one who hates the design of Curse. His poses are weird especially his down pose.

Ok, backstory for hog, hog is from a bootlegged sonic the hedgehog, a normal copy of sonic and hogs bootleg files came together and merged, because there could only be one sonic present in the game, hog was used as sonic, as the original sonic was added to hogs code, twisting him and making him go mad because of the fact how hog is a bootleg and corrupted him, this lead to sonic taking over hogs body from time to time, trying to find a way to separate himself from hog and go back to normal
