    Been boxing for 20 years and am a boxing coach. Every krav maga guy I sparred did horribly because they couldn't hit me with the philly shell/shoulder roll. Every krav video ive looked at reminds me of american kenpo bullshit... ie " your attacker does this so I hit him with that and he reacts to my punch this way. Then I do this, and he does this so o do that..." This is the first krav video I'm really impressed by and if I wanted to learn something new I'd join your gym

    I've been a martial arts instructor for over 40 years, starting as a kid, progressing into the Armed forces, and as a civilian combat instructor for the RCMP. I also boxed Golden Gloves out of Lethbridge Alberta for a number of years. And I can say with utmost confidence people like you are full of BS. If you boxed a Krav Maga fighter and say they couldn't hit you, you are either a liar, or have never fought a Krav Maga fighter. Krav Maga fighters adapt to the opponent and the situation along the lines of Bruce Lee's philosophy of absorbing what is useful and discarding that which is not. The founder Imi Lichtenfeld, was a renowned boxer, wrestler, street fighter in the 1930's risking his life defending Jewish peoples from racists as a street vigilante. In other words so called boxing coach, all properly trained Krav Maga fighters are boxers. He later adapted the best combat techniques from Judo, Aikido, and Karate for military use that has been refined and proven in actual combat for the last 80 years. But thanks for the laugh, it doesn't sound like you need to learn anything new, sounds like you need to learn period.

    @@DIDYOUSEETHAT172 so what ur saying is krav maga is not a fighting style, just like mma it's just a combination of different styles but with illegal moves added so it could be more effective (but you cannot train it at full speed so it's not), so the truth is "krav maga training" is just bs, u'd be better joining muay thai classes and just train your kicks and then if u want u can always kick your opponent in the balls in a street fight

  • @DIDYOUSEETHAT172

    @DIDYOUSEETHAT172

    2 жыл бұрын

    @@kansasarkansas4004 No, first off I trained in and teach military combat martial arts, day one full contact, full speed, no kids allowed. Martial means war. If you think there are illegal moves in fighting then you have clearly never been in a fight. The comment about kicking men in the balls is ludicrous to say the least. It does not work. That is movie BS, Kick me in the balls and you just piss me off. Nor, do I profess to be super human, it hurts yes, but no more than a good punch to the head, but all it does is give me a burst of adrenalin, same as if you take a non crippling ornonfatal knife wound, or a bullet, half the time you don't even feel it. ANd yes, I was wounded twice by bullets', twice by shrapnel, was hit by an IED that burned my eyes and blew half my chin off, been stabbed twice, and cut. All had one thing in common I barely felt any of them until the air had cleared, and the adrenalin subsided, then the pain sets in. Same as the contestant pounding boxing gives you. After the fight, next day is when it hurts. This whole conforming to "Styles" is BS. People like you always crack me up. Someone who has never had to fight for their life trying to wax poetic about fighting. My comment boils down to this the Krav Maga you think you have seen is not Krav Maga, it is, as with most martial arts in North America is, a watered down version for girls and boys to think they are being trained in martial arts. If you want to prove your theory's on fighting pick a fight with an Israeli security forces soldier. I guarantee you a full real world demonstration on just how effective a combat art it is. PS no offence to the channel creators I have no idea as to your skills I did not watch the video. Just saw the moronic comments and piped up after this popped up in my recommendations.

    Awesome Vid I like how you actually do it quickly like in a fight I know instructors who would tell you to punch and wait for the defender to have his turn.The odd thing is your tutorials are free yet better than some very expensive classes.

    It is a great compilation of moves, but what is a bit irritating is the permanent change of the attacker and defender role. If the same person would have been the attacker and the other defender throughout the whole video, the brain would not have to switch as much and one could focus a bit more on the actual moves (especially for newbies). Although, a very good overview, thanks!

    These videos are very informative and good for all. What they do not tell is that if you are not an experienced fighter things are much different. You have train your mind and reflexes to do these things at the proper time. Because when you are in an actual fight things slow down or speed up, whatever may have you. the real key is staying as level headed as possible in a fight. Then using these techniques but they still take practice.
