Nah, the character only use when u still have syringes also when he has more than 2 block health. If u have less than 2 block health and not having any syringes left than he will do other health animation.

honestly with far cry's healing anims seemingly getting lesser and lesser gruesome, i thought fc6 would just have no healing at all and only passive healing or something. really glad they brought back the older style of animation to fc6 :D
