This series is literally the first time that this show tries to have a plot instead of single scenes, and I feel like it worked way better before. There were more jokes and a lot of got and NBA references. This season was way less jokes and a lot of senseless plot. I think it is because they needed to wrap it up somehow, but for me it didn't work well

actually, to be honest, if GOZ didnt end early, there could have been a lot of interesting episodes. like, The Bubble, The Lakers, the Bucks championships Klay Thompson's return Kyrie and the COVID-19 vaccino-phobia The Markieff Morris attack on Nikola Jokic Brooklyn Nets getting swept by Boston among many others that could be interesting GOZ episodes... if....they did not finish the series early...

At the last scene you can also see that Curry is using a bow to battle (reference to his great shooting ability) and Gobert and AD are using shields with their teams logos on it (reference to their defense)
