The reason the skeleton key can open regular locked doors is because a skeleton key in real life refers to a key that only has the bare essentials so it can open almost any lock

am i the only one that was extremely reminded of tattletail by the gummy flashlight like it was a reference? in tattletail, you shake the light so it stays on, and it’s clear and green. in doors/rooms, SAME THING!!!!!

They should make it so if you get the scanner, you can access it in the item shop inside the elevator so you can access it but still have to pay a fee

Those are caused because of vent rooms, which don't exist anymore

We got to the room 50 and once we were pretty close to winning, i just said ,,f##k it" and consumed all of them, then started taunting the figure. I still feel like the Shake-light and the Night Vision Camera should be permanent unlockables that you can get from the shop at the start of a run, for like 200 knobs for the shake-light (Twice of Flashlight) and 300-400 for the camera.

Or, better idea if that's still OP. Have two similar, but different items be the unlockables instead. So the shakelight needs something bought from Jeff to start being useful, or the camera needs batteries just like the flashlight. Both shop-unlockables would look like beaten up / worse versions of their Room counterparts, still giving a use to going there yourself or keeping the originals in the Rift.

Yeah or maybe the camera could just be a free item you get every run. But you need batteries to charge it and the gummy flashlight could be either bought from Jeff's Shop or be a pre-run shop item

Last I checked, the herb only lasts for that current life. Meaning if you die with the herb effects and revive I’m fairly certain that you lose the effects

The reason why the skeleton key can be used to unlock normal locks is based on the legends which state that the mythical skeleton key can unlock any lock in existence.

I recomend not using the flashlight in basements unless if it is a part of the dark room.

My theory about the crucifix not working on rooms is because it's not guiding light on the rooms, it has. Different color, DOESN'T GUIDE YOU but helps you ND encourages you, it's like the first person who died there, and if you notice in doors the crucifix is blue which is also the color of guiding light, but in rooms it's not, so yeah.

Also sorry for being really late, but the scanner has a model name. It is called the NVCS-3000 as you can see on the top of the screen of the 'Scanner'.

The reason why the crucifix doesn't fully work on seek and the figure, is prolly because they are more solid & Corporeal, rather than being purely incorporeal

The gummy flash light being obtainable in Doors would be better instead of just going to the rooms getting to 200 doors or for 1000 rooms just for a extra cool scanner that can get lost if you die Edit: I would like to see a station thats very rare that has a machine to upgrade your flash light for 300 coins since your in doors not rooms and the scanner being found Very rarelry would be better or atleast unlockable whit 1k Knoobs or whit A-1000 Badge

i hope i'm not the only one noticing the gummy flashlight (in general, room's and door's) is quite literally just tattletail's flashlight

Things that you miss: Room 50 books and the paper, the key for room 100 that you have to unlock to get to the electrical box

Also fun fact, original gummy flashlight is also flashlight from Tattletail game, everything is same

Me: finding flashlights in chests, drawers, the rare drawers that can go up and down, more like anything that can get stuff found in and seeing the crucifix never spawning by itself I only got it 4 times which is 2 in one chest and 1 in another chest and one during door 50 near the blocked stairs

you forgot to mention that you can open the breaker room on door 100 with the lockpick

Thank you for literally describing everything about these items and telling us what they do, also thank you for each and every time it fades the text making it go by even slower which although can be argued that it is for people who are slow at reading even though the big text goes about as fast as the little text, literally im sorry but this feels like you made everything too described to just barely hit 10 minutes

Well, 005 can be infinitely used, but it gives off many vibes, mayor key, 005, the (of course) skeleton key.

Actually, The light goes out for any entity. The candle is practically Deactivated in Figure Fights.

i beat the rooms in saturday (this week) i finally made it to a-1000, i got the achievement and tablet but roblox was down so it didnt teleport me back to the doors and i lost the tablet, thank you pet simulator X.....

Fun fact:you can actually activate the crucifix in rooms

I’m going to be honest here with my opinion, the scanner is underwhelming, it takes 40 minutes-2 hours to get, it’s dropped when you die so if you die you gotta do the rooms again, and it only works for the books and fuses so it doesn’t even get used for most of the game (except for dark rooms) and speaking of dark rooms it doesn’t even ward off screech.

"NVCS-3000" is actually the name of the tablet

“you can save the scanner in the rift so you can use it in the next run” if you die or win, will you not have the scanner in the next run?

I'm so angry that you can't keep the scanner, they should make it so when you obtain it, if you beat the game with it, you can get it again for like 1500 knobs, but in that purchased version it has limited battery life and can't be recharged. Same with that gummy flashlight, make it 1250 once you obtain it with a win and be able to use it.

Uh no flashlight is common but not as common as a lighter you have to be lucky to find a flashlight also you have to EXTREMELY LUCKY to find a crucifix if you find it go play the lottery
