Danse and the brotherhood are extremely isolationist in terms of their attitude, dude’s had that sense of superiority instilled in him through violence and conditioning for years. Very capable soldier and combatant. Leaves a lot to be desired in terms of social skills. He somehow still manages to be more tolerable than the Outcasts and their Neanderthal comments lol

“No fun. Milk of human kindness is business.” I’m impressed Strong could even form those words into a coherent sentence.

@@safwanshuhaib9968 They have a lot of conversation actually but only once you find the (spoilers) experiment fev serum and choose to either cure Virgil or...some, err, other nastier options, or just lie to him about finding it. Strong will pop into the conversation at each of these points, approving or disapproving of your choices

I find it funny that Danse and the brotherhood are all “against abominations” and shit, but it’s only to synths ghouls and mutants. Literally no one in the BoS pays attention to Mirelurks, Deathclaws, Yao Guais Or Brahmin. Unrelated reply, I know, but Danse saying that to dogmeat really sparked a though I guess.

He's still a jerk to synths and ghouls (mutants I can understand) even after he said himself that it doesn't matter what you are, you can still do good. (This probs ly made zero sense sorry)

Its hilarious that the only thing keeping some of these people from killing each other is being mutual friends with you. And they just have to deal with it.

Since he's a committed member of the Brotherhood he hates synths, and he knows about Valentine because he's well known throughout the commonwealth. And Danse is a really high ranking member of the BoS which synths tend to be afraid of, so it makes sense that Valentine would know who he is.

It's funny how most people are more comfortable around strong than X6

@Zayin Frye In survival mode he’s actually one of the best. He can’t hold a lot but if you tap into the lone wanderer perk you can hold a crap load and still have dog meat travel with you. Dog meat also won’t give you away when you sneak and won’t complain when you eat a human body.

It's too bad that the companions have so little interaction with each other in the game. There is a lot of potential there. I would love to have seen more MacCready and Deacon convos. They'd probably be really funny

I like how they’re all just hanging out at Red Rocket doing random tasks. Then the Sole Survivor comes up and needs one of them for random stuff.

this is one of the reasons i love fallout 4 in fact its in second place under new vegas as my second favorite fallout game and still on my top 10 list of favorite games ever because of these little details like this where the companions acknowledge each other and i really wish that was something the other ones had

A bit of a shame there's no post-Blind Betrayal dialogue for Danse. Makes me wonder what he and other companions would say to one another?

Preston always backs out of the conversation early, probably to get to those settlements faster.

😂 That was a good one.

Bethesda did an amazing job on the companions in this game. The companion swap-out lines particularly, are some of my favorite dialogue in the game. The "Preston In/Hancock Out" is one of my favorites: Hancock: "What's gonna keep the Minutemen from falling apart this time?" Preston: "You're looking at 'em."

@@MrREAPERsz lol yeah she does, and so do all companions except strong, codsworth, dogmeat, and pre synth curie. It has to do with raider animation idles in certain locations. They will do drugs in areas raiders were chillin lol. Idk if it was an old bug that was fixed, but I recall when FO4 first came out, it would occur from time to time.

I love how it’s clearly cause even if Mac’s a bit unnerved by Strong, he’s not afraid that Stong’s gonna stab Sole in the back. Perhaps he met Fawkes or Leo in canon so he knows not *all* Super Mutants are horrid monsters.
