I stayed at this hotel two years ago and several times prior when it was the Westin. Great food, I always found something I liked and am a selective eater. The green ice cream is pistachio. :)

Great job on your Aruba videos! A lot of the reviews on TA mention how cumbersome it is to line up for a hopeful table at any of the a la carte restaurants. What was your experience, have they made the process any better yet?

Thanks for watching! We found that if you go a little later to the restaurants you would have no problem getting in but I guess that all depends on how busy the hotel is at that time. We went at around 8:30 for dinner and never had to line up or wait..

Reservations are always recommended but you can sometimes get in if you go later In the evening.. pants for men is recommended as well.. thanks for watching

did the restaurants require a reservation? Could you get one every night? Also was the construction noise loud? I'm thinking of taking my parents - did it feel like a party resort or more laid back? thanks

The restaurants did not require reservations while we were there. The construction at the property next door was not noisy and did not bother us at all… the resort is quite but there was a party group there where we were there..but it is a large resort and you and your parents will have a great time.. check out the other videos we have with the room and resort tour.. thanks for watching!

I would always tip even at an all inclusive resort…we always leave a few dollars

Are these a la crate restaurants included in all inclusive?

Yes all the a la cart restaurants are included in your all inclusive stay. Some may require a reservation but most you would just wait in line.. I recommend the Italian and the Arabian, the food was amazing!!!

This is apart of the all inclusive fees correct? Or do you have to pay for the food separately?

This is all included, every buffet and every restaurant. The food was very good.

La nourriture était en fait très bonne pour un complexe tout compris.

Wow, first 2 minutes & I was turned off. Presentation looks like Old Country Buffet. Cloudy plastic cake stands of doughnuts? Empty platters. Dirty dishes in front of the food? Fried hot dogs for fitness? And this is a luxury resort? I don't think so.
