How much of a difference will it do if the only striker is set as CF instead of ST, especially when you consider the instructions?

I loved this video . Can you please suggest a formation and instructions for my team . Giroud , Saka , Bruno , Grealish , Veratti , Vitinha , Pavard , Edgar , Zinchenko , Akanji and Ben White . I am struggling with my defence mostly .

Well I don’t really know what a ‘pragmatic’ system is. I think people get confused with pragmatic and defensive.

If you want him to attack like a striker/ center forward, set crossing runs instruction to 'get inside box for crosses' so whenever you are attacking through the flanks using other players the LM will push towards the box to a scoring position. Combine with join the attack and cut inside for more aggressive push but will leave your left wing open for counters every time you lose the possession. If you want him to attack like a winger/ attacking fullback does, simply set support runs to join the attack combined with drift wide. So the LM will make overlapping runs parallel and close to the sideline and would end up in a position to cross the ball. Finally if you want him to attack as a playmaker/ support midfielder, combine balanced attack with stay central or cut inside depending on his initial role, most of the time you would find your LM just outside the box, ideally waiting to recieve the ball and make a final pass to the poacher.

I need a striker that heads the Ball a lot what do i use. I keep thinking its stay central but im probably wrong

First things first, get a player with good jumping and heading accuracy rating. If you are trying to get headers using early crosses and lofted through balls from the midfield, use 'get in behind' support run instruction, you would need a fast player to beat the offside line and get to a good heading position in time. If you are gonna try proper crosses to get the header goals, use target man option. Stay central is not recommended as you will have to aerial duel with the stopper backs (most of them will be tall and good at aerial battles) and even if you win the duel, the accuracy will suffer from the pressure. Drift wide or balanced width will move your poacher a bit aside where he will get the time and space for an effective header, also heading from an angle to the far post has a good chance of a goal as the keeper will move to your side, leaving the second post (far post) side widely open.
