I just ordered American Beauty along with Van Morrison’s “ His Band & the Street Choir.” Praying that this time Rhino’s shipping container will protect the album covers. My first Cars album jacket was damaged- I heard two separate podcasters stating the same! Impossible to replace limited editions. For these prices Rhino should be able to use secure mailers!
I bought both records! I especially love American Beauty!

Same here. I ordered The Cars on a whim when Rhino released it and was blown away by the quality of the pressing. I'm crossing my fingers that these two are the same quality.
I would love to see Rhino figure out how to package and ship these tecords without damage to the jacket. My Marquee Moon had a 2 inch seem split on the top and bottom.

What do they ship them in that allowed the damage? USPS Media Mail has a sturdy cardboard box type container I receive most of my records in.

@davidcaylor4286 The mailers they use are subpar and allow for the record to shift in the box. The record slides around and pierces through the outter sleeve.

@@memyselfmyvinyl894 I received the Candy O record I ordered from Rhino today. It was in a good cardboard record mailer that would not allow the record to shift. It was in perfect condition as I expected it to be.
Just ordered Candy-O last night. I already have the 2 lp set that was released a few years ago but I`m looking forward to hearing this new release.
Rhino has access to a vast amount of music titles. Why are we getting yet another American Beauty. Same thing with the Van. Guys, can we venture out just a tad?

And please can we do something about the shipping? People, including myself, are still getting dinged corners due to lack of packing material. Bubble wrap or two cardboard stiffeners. Is it that difficult?
Looking forward to receiving these two albums. Would love to see Metallica’s Master of Puppets as a Rhino Hi-Fidelity release.

If these records were in EU record stores for 45€ as Blue Note Tone Poets have no problem being able to, I would've bought all of them. So far, none. Get your stuff together, Rhino
