Two great examples of real men. They show respect, humility and kindness to others. They have incredible self control and self awareness. A great double act and friendship. Both are very inspiring human beings.

Coolbreezed, he was talking about how plates were marked up insanely during lock down. Hansu Power has some pretty good prices on calibrated kg plates and surprisingly Eleiko has some good sales going from time to time. Hansu and Eleiko have been regularly cheaper than Rogue and Titan over the last year at least in terms of competition kg plates.

I'm more impressed that he put some thought into the sound treatment than almost anything else. Very first gym space I've seen on KZread with any whatsoever. Wish more folks would follow his lead.

Two of the nicest and down to earth gentle giants ever. It is a please to watch your videos. Love from Finland.

If i was to walk into his home gym i would involuntarily shed a tear at the absolute beauty that is his gym...so many amazing pieces of equipment. Very jealous of that set up!

Man because of you guys, I lost 15lbs In a month. Eating the same, just motivated to exercise and get good sleep with your vids. I really didn’t want to lose that much so quick so I’m upping the food a little this month 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I started buying gym equipment around the same time Brian did. Unfortunately for a long time it was mostly in storage until I had a house of my own to finally get to set it all up in. But I’m very grateful I did because having a good set up in the comfort of your own house is something that definitely has its advantages. You don’t have to worry about what’s going on being in a public place, you can listen to your own music as loud as you want, you don’t have to wait for someone to get off a piece of equipment you want to use, etc. Plus with the world being in some sort of quarantine, my workouts never got interrupted. The biggest thing is all the extra time you have not needing to drive to and from somewhere. And I wholeheartedly agree with them that all you really need is an adjustable bench, a squat rack, a bar with some plates and maybe a few dumbbells. All the rest is just bonus.

As much as I’d love to see Obie and Hall compete in the Shaw Classic, I’d love for them to commentate. The way they both ask questions and can do interviews of other people is phenomenal. I’d think they would analyze the different lifts of the competition and give clear and concise judgment on it. Plus, their dynamic together would be awesome!

my home gym is a bench/incline bench, adjustable dumbbells, barbell and 4 different kinda handles and a pulldown machine (and I train legs at a local gym)

Thanks Mr. Robert Mr. Brian, reversed you hit the nail on the head my son and I I've just started working out together I've been working out for a couple years with powerlifting/strength. He's doing excellent but you asked the question about if you were to buy a home gym what would you start with young father and son scenario. good to know you guys are out there promoting enjoy watching the strongman whenever I can. But you guys are such good guys. If you read this what would you say is the most important consistent exercise in general would it be the dead lift. Or the squat. Maybe even just challenging yourself in one way or another?

When this Rona started I bought two sandbags duffels and and sandbags kettles I made it happen in the dead middle of summer in Phoenix. That is difficult 106+ degrees at 9pm

For anyone that is having a hard time without equipment. Hit up eBay and look for some resistance bands. I found some for$40. I would wrap them around my neck and stand on them for squats, shoulder press, bench or deadlifts. It was different but I would still get a pretty good workout in.

A custom squat bar on a smith machine but Brian uses it for shoulder press. Who else but Brian Shaw? Definition of a unit
