Paulie's advice was correct from start to end. What did Bonehead do? Grin like he didn't give a shit. He may be 4 time world champion but he'll end up in a dumpster by age 50. As he said, the only person that can bet me is me. Guess what? He will.

+TEEN1DOL lol you call that humble?...really, dude?. Broner is the type of guy that hopes he comes back to the top so that he can act like how did before but just works harder so that he doesn't slip back down. Mark my words, if he comes back to the top he'll be the same old Broner we knew...if that is what humble is in America then lol

+Glover dragon It didn't take that long for him to go back to old ways. He was brash and cocky and the weigh in for this fight, during, and after. He was definitely humble in this video, however. The Broner i n this video is far more likeable - it's just too bad it didn't last.

kickerse13 Not really he gets lost when you pressure him, and once in a hole i dont see any adjustments or any changes. He folds under pressure. A guy like floyd has a high IQ he disarms his opponents and remains under control thru 12 rounds because he makes adjustments exploits flaws and adapts. Broner does not. His work rate being poor is all part of Boxing IQ because a smart fighter knows when to turn it up and knows when his game isnt working and adapts.

There were three particular moments that stood out to me. The first was at the very beginning when he spoke hypothetically ,wondering if he was still undefeated. The look in his eyes said it all. The second is obviously when Paulie gave him some real game. And the final one is after he won and he embraced his mother. Beautiful stuff.

It's not about belts, it's about who you beat. Titles aren't worth much when you take them from Paulie Malignaggi (narrowly) and a ring rusted Allakhverdiev. Congratulations on keeping strong, probably a pressure few of us could ever understand. I wanna see this guy succeed at an A list level, because non of them are as exciting in or out of the ring. But I don't see that happening when he's fighting fighters below the 20th rank to become "on top". It goes a lot higher than that.

Maidana ran over him and exposed him.

NOW this is the AB that I was used to seeing in the ring. I'm proud of him for being man enough to admit that he was living too fast and screwing up his career. I believe that he saw how people look at you when you lose after a lot of big talk, and it hurt his pride a lot. One thing about it though...what don't kill you makes you stronger.
