Policy will have to be changed,even i am trying for Iron barrels for some work ,not find coz lubes are supply in HDPE barrels ..

I don't think Govt will modify the policy as they want to keep control on activity for obvious reasons. This is a sad part of Indian policy maker and force the user to break the rules.

All valid poitns. Sometimes I think stupid people are sitting at top without knowledge to make policies and rules

यदि आप डीजल के लिए मोबाइल refueller बनाना चाहते है तो आपको PESO से परमिशन लगेगी जो कि Form 19 के तहत दी जाएगी। बायो डीजल का फ़्लैश पॉइंट 100 डिग्री के ऊपर होता है और पेट्रोलियम प्रोडक्ट का फ़्लैश पॉइंट 93 डिग्री तक होता है (class C पेट्रोलियम प्रोडक्ट फ़्लैश पॉइंट 63 डिग्री से ऊपर और 93 डिग्री से नीचे) . चुकी पेट्रोलियम रूल सिर्फ 93 डिग्री फ़्लैश पॉइंट तक के लिए है इसलिए बायो डीजल के लिए आपको परमिशन की जरूरत नही होगी।

Yes if you want to attach directly to oil company. Otherwise make a truck / refueller lesser than 2000 liters

CNG mobile refueling is not permitted. To my mind it is just a transportation vehicle. Kindly clarify the above.

sir I want to start online fuel delivery service in mumbai thane dist but at small level on bike trailer we will carry trough all equip like tanks,meters, air extinguisher etc and we will acrry only 50 50 litre like 50litre normal petrol 50 power 50 diesel. may i start this type of service if yes then what is the procedure could u help with that sir please please.

For such small quantity there is no provision in Petroleum Rules or Act. You can start this till such time.nobody raise the objection. But let me tell you that such small quantity may not.give you good profit considering the logistic and other cost.

They have not shown the delivery in any car on road side but they just shown some slip is printed out. Legally it is not possible to give the diesel on any car etc on road side.

Sir kya mobile bowser sarkar dwara ak chhota sa location diya jata h or sirf usi limit me wo desal ki home delivery de sakta h, kyu Kuch company bol rahi h ki aap sari city supply de sakte h or petrol pump wale bol rahe h k govt city me ak chhota location ki parmission deti h, kindly give me right information

मोबाइल refueller से आप सिर्फ बड़ी मशीन, stationay मशीन और हैवी equipment को सर्विस दे सकते है जो कि खदान, construction साइट, बड़ी कृषि के उपकरण आदि (जो कि पेट्रोल पंप पर नही आ सकते है) को डीजल दे सकते है। सिटी एरिया इसमे नही आता है।

City DG set can be included. Factories are okay as it is under industrial area. But definitely the farm equipments (moveable) can not be served by Mobile dispenser. Please ask the company to show the notification under which you can be authorized to sell at various city place. Also google the Minute of meeting G.40(MISC)/Mobile Dispenser dated 16./07/2020

मजा आ गया सर जी, इतने नियम बाप रे बाप तभी पेट्रोल पंप वाले बिना नियम कानून का पालन किये सीधे नोजल से 1 kl या 2 kl के छोटे टैंकर में भरकर सीधे साइट में भेजते है। इतना ताम झाम कोई नही कर सकता कर भी किया तो केवल 4 गाड़ी ही भर लाएगा।🙏
