I truly appreciate you keep ACPG channel strictly music related. There's so many channels disguised for guitarists but actually about travelling to Spain or beatoing about settings of an amp I'll never own.

@ryszard: yes, i've said it before, but i like the simple guitar and amp sound, no fancy processing.
I'm sure we'll see this in the trending section of KZread in no time.
I love your dry sense of humor.
Please get a turtleneck for future jazz lessons.
Absolutely great. Thank you Adrian. You and Mr. Haugen are the best teachers!
thank you for all the nice lessons!
Love your work man
Really enjoyed this lesson Adrian, thank you! I've been trying to wrap my head around minor keys lately and also the minor ii V i progressions so this was really helpful.
Really appreciate these types of lesson Adrian - many thanks
That intro made me grin from ear to ear :D Thank you for all your insight!
Excellent as always Adrian, thank you!
I really like your channel, very helpful !
Weirdos love it. I love the minor 7 flat 5! The D minor 7 flat 5 is in blue bossa... and thousands of songs no doubt love the sound!
Thanks Adrian, always enjoy your perspective as much as your presentation. It's not about being a Star, but it is about what it really takes to become one, and I love P90s, so you keep reminding me I need to get some.
This. Totally agree. Thank you Adrian ! Keep making content exactly like this. Music focused
This gets a like from me, I have been using the flattened 5th for decades without ever knowing that it was a thing. Like deployed 👍 😎🎙🎸✅

I often add one to a pentatonic run to wake peoples ears up.
Every time you put out a lesson. It just has to start and i know I'll like it, lol.
I love your content, and your presentation, my Friend! Keep On, Keepin’ On! 👍🎸✌️😎

Nice tone from that guitar/amp!
Hell yeah I was just thinking about some arpeggios to learn to sound a bit different
Adrian, you are becoming my favorite guitar teacher- your lessons are really fantastic. Keep up the good work. (BTW, like the red Vox in the background- an AC15TB? and the Marshall (50W head?)).
These are very good sounds arps so.... thanks for these
Amazing. I love your way of teaching. By the way, could you make a tutorial on Kate Wolf's Across the Great Divide?
This is the sound all over the Denison Kimball trio records.
Great content as always! A Prefab Sprout song next, maybe?
Cheers for such excellent lessons. Please consider Carl Perkins and T-Bone Walker lessons, not really offered out there to an accurate standard!
Dude, that was a funny opener.
viral hit 😂 🎯 my thumbs are up 🎉
cool guitar
You missed your calling as a part of Monty Python. Born at the wrong time; timing is everything including in music and birthdays. Thanks for your videos!
That guitar reminds me a bit of the Omar Rodriguez Lopez signature.
May I ask for help here? the problem is that my 1st string always sounds out of tune even though i tune it as usual :/ how can I fix this? btw another great lesson, mr. Adrian :в
Hi , I'm trying to get better use of my arpeggios, where are you based?
Using half diminished chords? JEZZ.
@Guitarisforgrins

Full diminished would be too expensive
If you're using triads how do you think about them for m7b5? E.g. If a song is about to switch to bm7b5, do you think "I better play a Dm arrpegio?" or do you know the triad as a bm7b5 triad? I'm just not sure what the best way to learn it is if this makes sense

@@acpg that would be amazing, you're probably my favorite teacher and id be very happy if you did at least a video on how to accompany a singer,in a non boring non generic way like something a little bit more experimental.
Featuring clam on bass ,naturally…nice.
Hello algorithm!
Hi , what's your name? Where are you based? Thanx Kevin
A minor 7 b5 is just a half diminished chord,right?
@ahoneyman
2 жыл бұрын
Yeah, or you can think of it as the arpeggio built from a Locrian mode. I guess it depends if you like to stack thirds or swap scales/modes.

I honestly don't understand why guitarists call it the minor 7 b5. This coming from a guitarist..

@@digpotts Tonal reference for solos or melodic content? That's a guess.
