It's a good college, but people say their placement stats are inflated. don't apply if you have gap years and no work ex. I have 96 percentile and still got rejected because of gap years. One of my friends has 97.6 percentile with gap years. Neither of us was shortlisted for the interview. We wasted 2.4k each. One more thing, don't buy into their promotion of cat/xat cutoff of 85 percentile. They do this to maximize the amount of applications they get. However, they mostly pick applicants with 90-94 percentile either fresher right out of ug or applicants with same score and work ex.

@@San_Deep2501 Hey, thank you so much for the response. Actually on the contrary i have 2 yrs of gap with 88%ile, still i am able to convert it. So the real question is should i go for it or not?

@nikhilsinghal2731 bro, baby iims anyday. They have iim tag. It wouldn't make sense to leave something like xlri or sp jain and join baby iims for iim tag, but leaving imi delhi for baby iims is absolutely reasonable. If I were you, I would pick Sambalpur. Amritsar, Jammu, Nagpur and Vishakapatnam are also doing well. Imi delhi also has its plus sides. They are a larger alumni base compared to baby iims. So, think about it brother. If you're from delhi and can save upon hostel fees, go for imi.
