Go ahead with interviews. Though there are very low chances but still not impossible with these scores. IIM sambalpur has a lot of inclination towards girls so you have a chance there. And also apply for IIT jodhpur and Roorkee.

placements are improved from 6-7 to 8-9 this year average, and it also has a brand value. but yeah in case of ROI its not good.

both are veryyyy different colleges in all terms campus roi city etc

In this percentile ISBR is worth the shot. Great college with an awesome building. Very supportive faculty. You can consider, if you are interested in marketing, finance .
