Note this Do not see Math to CS as some ratio. That's a very wrong interpretation of this branch. Many of the math courses like probability, data mining, discrete mathematics, linear algebra, optimisation methods etc are taught under different names in different areas but here it's under maths. So don't think that if it's 70:30 math to CS then that 70% is just theoretical maths which is useless. The math courses are very practical and most computation based.

You can't drop the 5 year if you're in that course. The courses are same until the 7th sem then there are some extra courses for the PG part.

Dual degree se better hai 4 year degree karo......kyuki 5 th year me sirf internship hoti hai......and internship me bohot kam paisa milta hai......isliye 4 year wali choose karo 4th year ke bad direct job lag jayega......and KGP and roorke both are best, isliye package ki to koi tension hi nahi hai

ES sahi branch hai Electrical ke saath kaafi overlap hai Inter-disciplinary hai Aur aage demand badhne ke kaafi chances hain like 5 years down the line or so I would prefer Delhi ES Agar top 7 mein core mil rahi hai to Bombay Delhi hi prefer karna chahiye cuz of location proximity to it hub city life amenities etc

Old IIT are good and don't think about placement, you will find out in college where you are going to work it can be software,ML, consult, product management, finance etc

Every branch here has a 20% supernumerary quota only for girls. The ratio is roughly 3:1 in every branch. Moreover Delhi is a very liberal and inclusive campus. You'll not face any issues because of your gender.
