This great for home buyers too. I'm a soon to be first home buyer, and knowing the language of real estate is great.
Joe thank you so much for this video. I got my license last year because your videos and website got me through it. I'm now a full time realtor in Philly, I clicked on this video to remind myself of easement laws for a current deal and it brought back so many memories of note cards and prep nights. Thank you so much for being such a positive part of my journey!

eharris829 Hi! I got practice tests on his website: prepagent.com I just paid for the 1 week of access and studied like mad for 4-5 hours the day of the test. Note: I studied on my own prior, but didn’t get access to his site until the day of. It helped a LOT!

I enjoy your videos, you do really great job. Please can you help me to solve this math question? Deb buys a home for $102k.She applies for an FHA mortgage loan. The FHA will insure 97% of the 1st $25k of the purchase price and 95% of the rest.If the lender charges the purchaser 3pts,then how much cash will actually be advanced to the purchaser? A-$89,788, B-$94,478, C-$96,320, D-$99,100. I literally stuck on this question.Thank you so much

You say they are tenements, but I thought they were called tenants. Do I have it wrong or did you just mispronounce the word? Great lessons by the way!

I just watched a video about a guy in Montana who was murdered over this issue.
Joe Rogan, is that you?
Ill pay the fee to have you as my tutor. Real Estate is a business that has over a hundreds different aspects to it. Just get at me if u wanna make 200 usd to give me an assist. I dont want to just barely pass it, i want to slam dunk it.
Why even give anybody a easments?
its crazy to me by trespassing you can gain a right to a property... also squatters who acquire adverse prescription
I hate this stupid law. Right now a portion of my property is being used as a garbage dump and I'm paying taxes for it and bought it with my hard-earned money. They should let the beneficiary pay to use people's property the same way the govt makes us pay to use the so-called crown lands.
