for healing and spinning chakras ... big drums and small drums. gorgeous. the rhythm is perfect, neither too slow nor too fast. exactly on the pulse of the resting heart. 70bpm. I also have gorgeous headphones with a bass button that sends vibrations directly into the subconscious where the bass destroys all the stagnant energies of decades. this is pure reprogramming for glory.. let the divine shine in me once again and in the whole world. amen.

I listen to this while i'm doing shadow work (journaling). It really helps me to get deeper into my problems and find the root cause. Stay strong everybody, i'm sending love
